医院儿科对婴幼儿进行抢救及静脉穿刺时，所用器械和药品较多放置分散，离病床较远，使实际的抢救过程增加了难度，延误抢救时机，也增加了医护人员的劳动强度，如遇重症婴儿转送途中出现病情变化需抢救时更为不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种儿科护理抢救车，可将抢救用器械或药物靠近医护人员，可全程监护、吸氧，为抢救操作提供方便。
本实用新型任务通过下述方案实现，车架底部设有四个车轮，车架上部设有上托板，上托板四周设有防护栏，防护栏边沿一侧设有抢救盘，车架一侧设有输液架套管，输液架套管套接输液架，输液架上设有监护仪，车架下部设有下托板，下托板上设有小型氧气瓶套筒。
输液架套管上设有定位螺栓，用于将输液架固定、调节。
本实用新型的积极效果是：设计合理，结构简单。设有抢救盘，放置抢救药物及消毒用品、器械，设有下托板可放置抢救物品，方便医护人员抢救操作；设置有监护仪和小型吸氧装置等，能在任何地点实施心肺复苏，提高抢救效率。尤其适合医院儿科抢救或日常护理使用。

如图1所示，车架1底部设有四个车轮2，车架1上部设有上托板3，上托板3四周设有防护栏4，防止患儿从车上掉落，防护栏4还可作为推车的拉手，防护栏4边沿一侧设有抢救盘10，放置抢救药物、消毒用品，方便抢救使用，车架1一侧设有输液架套管7，输液架套管7套接输液架6，输液架套管7上设有定位螺栓8，可根据需要将输液架6固定到合适的位置，调节到所需高度，输液架6上设有监护仪11，随时监护患儿的生命体征，车架1下部设有下托板5，下托板5上设有小型氧气瓶套筒9，小型氧气瓶套筒9内设软垫，放入氧气瓶后推动护理抢救车可减振消除澡音，下托板5上可放置抢救物品，方便抢救操作。
当医护人员对患儿进行静脉穿刺及抢救时，患儿平躺在上托板3上，抢救盘10放置抢救药物、消毒用品，监护仪11提示患儿病情，在小型氧气瓶套筒9内放入氧气瓶为患儿吸氧，输液架6挂吊输液瓶。本实用新型具有功能齐全、实用性强等特点。
