Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具，包括壶盖、壶身、温控器、耦合器及底座，壶身下部设置温控器，其中的底座上侧设有耦合器，所述壶身底部设置一层电热膜，该电热膜连接两个分别为正、负极的电极引线；所述电热膜由氧化锡与锑混合烧结组成。本实用新型有益效果为：通过以氧化锡掺杂锑为主体的液体，在高温下喷涂于陶瓷载体上，烧结成膜，即成电热转换元件，通过采用此电热膜发热技术，具有面状发热、热效率高、节能省电、使用寿命长、不易损坏、有利于人体健康等特点；相比较传统发热管加热技术，克服了热惯性大，效率低、容易漏水、难清洗、安全系数低等缺点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种应用电热膜发热技术的陶瓷产品，尤其涉及一种采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具。
背景技术
现有陶瓷产品发热技术一般采用发热盘原理，即利用金属发热管来进行加热，这首先对发热体本身而言主要可采用202及304材质，有时为降低产品成本多采用201材质，但长时间使用，发热盘就会生锈，对人的身体极其不利。其次，若已结垢，则清洗非常困难；此外，对固定发热盘的结构来讲，多采用螺钉固定，此结构很容易造成漏水，容易发生漏电现象。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷，本实用新型提供一种采用面状发热、能够提高热效率、节能省电、不易造成损坏、有利于延长使用寿命的采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具，以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具，包括壶盖、壶身、温控器、耦合器及底座，壶身下部设置温控器，其中的底座上侧设有耦合器，所述壶身底部设置一层电热膜，该电热膜连接两个分别为正、负极的电极引线；所述电热膜由氧化锡与锑混合烧结组成。
本实用新型所述的采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具的有益效果为：通过以氧化锡掺杂锑为主体的液体，在高温下喷涂于陶瓷载体上，烧结成膜，即成电热转换元件，通过采用此电热膜发热技术，具有面状发热、热效率高、节能省电、使用寿命长、不易损坏、有利于人体健康等特点；相比较传统发热管加热技术，克服了热惯性大，效率低、容易漏水、难清洗、安全系数低等缺点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型实施例所述的采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具，包括壶盖1、壶身2、温控器4、耦合器5及底座6，所述壶盖1、壶身2、底座6组成陶瓷器具整体，其中的壶身2下部设置温控器4，其中的底座6上侧设有耦合器5，所述壶身2底部设置一层电热膜7，所述电热膜7作为电热转换元件是由氧化锡掺杂锑在高温下喷涂、烧结成膜组成，该电热膜7连接两个分别为正、负极的电极引线3。
以上本实用新型实施例所述的采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具，所述电热膜7具体制作主要包括：
(1)利用陶瓷主体，在其底部表面喷涂以氧化锡掺杂锑为主体的液体，烧结成膜；
(2)将烧好的结成膜的陶瓷主体，膜部分引出两个电极(正负极)；
(3)将陶瓷主体进行安装，便形成以电热膜发热在陶瓷中应用的陶瓷系列产品。
以上实施例是本实用新型较优选具体实施方式的一种，本领域技术人员在本技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换应包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种采用电热膜发热的陶瓷器具，包括壶盖(1)、壶身(2)、温控器(4)、耦合器(5)及底座(6)，壶身(2)下部设置温控器(4)，其中的底座(6)上侧设有耦合器(5)，其特征在于：所述壶身(2)底部设置一层电热膜(7)，该电热膜(7)连接两个分别为正、负极的电极引线(3)。
