Abstract

本实用新型提供一种结构简单的塑料挤出机的自动冷却装置。该装置包括料斗、料筒、模具、加热铁箍、冷却管路、温度传感器、流量控制器。料斗通过料筒与模具连接;料筒外侧局部包覆有加热铁箍;料筒中间包覆有冷却管路;料筒上装有温度传感器;冷却管路上装有流量控制器;温度传感器通过可控的编程器与流量传感器连接。

所述的料筒上装有温度传感器;
所述的冷却管路上装有流量控制器;
所述的温度传感器通过可控的编程器与流量传感器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动冷却装置,其特征在于:
所述的料斗通过料筒与模具连接;
所述的料筒外侧局部包覆有加热铁箍。
