一种火力化工、发电厂、钢铁厂灰渣输送管路，矿山矿渣输送管路上等使用的陶瓷耐磨三通(有：陶瓷耐磨T型三通、陶瓷耐磨异型三通、陶瓷耐磨Y型三通等等)，在金属骨架管内表面磨损处内衬陶瓷耐磨层，金属骨架与陶瓷耐磨层紧密结合为一体，有良好的耐磨性，耐温、耐腐蚀、耐冲刷性良好，大大减轻了工作时由于颗粒、料浆或冲刷严重及腐蚀性强的介质对陶瓷三通的磨耗程度，延长了陶瓷耐磨三通的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及到化工、火力发电厂灰渣输送管路、矿山矿渣输送管路等使用的陶瓷耐磨三通(有：陶瓷耐磨T型三通、陶瓷耐磨异型三通、陶瓷耐磨Y型三通等等)，尤其是化工、火电厂、钢铁厂、矿山等使用比较多，使用过程中减少了对它的磨耗，保障了良好的密封效果。
背景技术：
目前，公知的三通使用时，易磨损，在很短时间内就磨损掉，且不耐高温、不耐腐蚀、易冲刷，使用寿命短，磨耗快造成密封性能差，设备的停机更换，影响生产，昂贵的人工维护费用，大大降低了生产效率。
发明内容：
为了克服现有三通的磨耗快、使用寿命短的缺陷，本使用新型提供一种陶瓷耐磨三通，在金属骨架内表面内衬陶瓷耐磨层，该陶瓷三通耐磨损、耐高温、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀，大大延长了它的使用寿命，提高了设备的生产效率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在原金属三通的基础上，金属骨架内表面内衬陶瓷耐磨层，金属骨架和陶瓷耐磨层紧密结合为一体，能达到很好的耐磨效果及密封效果，采用耐磨材质是工业陶瓷，可大大提高介质对陶瓷三通的耐磨、耐冲刷性、耐高温性能，达到使用寿命长的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是：金属骨架与陶瓷耐磨层采用高温装配而成为一体，陶瓷采用工业陶瓷材质，骨架材质采用金属，有良好的耐磨、耐温，耐冲刷性、耐腐蚀性好，减少磨损提高使用寿命，陶瓷耐磨层是经等静压成型的整体陶瓷管，具有良好的综合性能，避免了贴片陶瓷易脱落问题，且有很好的自润滑性、不易结疤。
