背景技术:
目前,公知的三通使用时,易磨损,在很短时间内就磨损掉,且不耐高温、不耐腐蚀、易冲刷,使用寿命短,磨耗快造成密封性能差,设备的停机更换,影响生产,昂贵的人工维护费用,大大降低了生产效率。 
发明内容:
为了克服现有三通的磨耗快、使用寿命短的缺陷,本使用新型提供一种陶瓷耐磨三通,在金属骨架内表面内衬陶瓷耐磨层,该陶瓷三通耐磨损、耐高温、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀,大大延长了它的使用寿命,提高了设备的生产效率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在原金属三通的基础上,金属骨架内表面内衬陶瓷耐磨层,金属骨架和陶瓷耐磨层紧密结合为一体,能达到很好的耐磨效果及密封效果,采用耐磨材质是工业陶瓷,可大大提高介质对陶瓷三通的耐磨、耐冲刷性、耐高温性能,达到使用寿命长的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:金属骨架与陶瓷耐磨层采用高温装配而成为一体,陶瓷采用工业陶瓷材质,骨架材质采用金属,有良好的耐磨、耐温,耐冲刷性、耐腐蚀性好,减少磨损提高使用寿命,陶瓷耐磨层是经等静压成型的整体陶瓷管,具有良好的综合性能,避免了贴片陶瓷易脱落问题,且有很好的自润滑性、不易结疤。
