背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,特别是生产大规格的塑料管件产品,由于管件的规格大,并且多为圆(柱)形,所以管件芯子的抽芯杆直径也同样大,因此,已有技术的大直径圆形抽芯杆一般采用半圆形导槽导滑,抽芯杆在半圆形导槽中滑动,其存在的缺点是:运行时磨损大,使用寿命长,当磨损到一定程度时,必须更换部件,增加了投资成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用三点导向,使滑块滑动顺利,延长使用寿命,降低生产成本的大规格管件模具三点导向机构。
本实用新型大规格管件模具三点导向机构的技术方案是:包括模具模框,模框内设置滑块,滑块连接抽芯杆,其特征在于所述的抽芯杆两侧分别安装左导向条和右导向条,抽芯杆的底部安装下导向条,在模框的两侧分别安装左压条和右压条,模框的底部安装下支条,左、右压条和下支条中分别制有左导槽、右导槽和下导槽,左导向条与左导槽相配,右导向条与右导槽相配合,下导向条与下导槽相配合。
