背景技术
现在常用的混合澄清萃取槽,相互之间连接都是通过塑料软管连接,并且在连接处用塑料焊接起来。但是生产过程中很多化物品有腐蚀性,塑料管容易老化,需要经常维修,维修就要拆下原来塑料管,再次焊接上新的管子,或者在调整工艺的时候,需要重新组合萃取槽,也要重新焊接连接管。这样的连接结构,不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上诉的技术问题,提供一种方便连接的萃取槽。主要技术方案为:
一种方便连接的混合澄清萃取槽,包括槽体和连接管,连接管由法兰和可伸缩管组成,槽体与可伸缩管之间通过法兰连接起来。
由于改用法兰连接,槽体之间就不需要通过焊接完成连接,只需要组装法兰和可伸缩管就可以,拆卸也方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式,如图1所示,槽体1与可伸缩管3之间通过法兰2连接起来,法兰2和可伸缩管3组成了连接管,拆卸和组装的时候只需要松开法兰2即可。
为了更好的防止腐蚀,可伸缩管3可以选择防腐的材质,比如四氟管,管子可以自伸缩。
