Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型属于装饰材料，特别涉及一种保温装饰一体板。
背景技术
建筑外墙外保温因具有内保温不可比拟的优势，近几年被国家指定为大力推广的建筑节能新技术。
外墙外保温适用的材料较多，如聚苯乙烯泡沫板、岩棉板、酚醛泡沫板、各种复合保温浆料等表面涂抹纤维增强聚合物砂浆罩面材料。但是，由于使用材料或结构设计不当，罩面层开裂现象较普遍，裂缝的出现除影响整个建筑物的美观外，还会导致罩面层防水性能失效，水分渗入后保温材料的保温效果严重下降。冬季时渗入保温层中的水结冰，体积膨胀，严重时会导致外保温层的脱落。
发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种保温效果好、粘结均匀牢靠、避免罩面层开裂的保温装饰一体板。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
本实用新型的防火保温装饰一体板，特殊之处在于：由阻燃保温板双面重合粘贴硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板构成，形成三层结构，上层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板上表面涂布有涂饰层。

所述的下层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板为平板或蜂窝平板。

具体实施方式
附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括阻燃保温板4和硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板2，阻燃保温板4通过强力粘结剂3双面重合粘贴硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板2，形成三层结构。上层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板2的上表面四边沿设有凹槽5，上表面还涂布有涂饰层1。下层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板为平板或蜂窝平板。
将防火保温装饰一体板粘贴在墙面上，相邻的两块保温装饰一体板紧密拼接，两硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板2边沿的凹槽5相邻，在两相邻凹槽5中间打孔，安装锚固件同时固定住两板，并使其隐藏在板内，而不影响板体的美观性。
阻燃保温板被用作保温层，具有优异持久的阻燃性及隔热保温性、优越的抗水防潮性、防腐蚀性和经久耐用性；硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板在起保温作用的同时，上层板还作为装饰面板层使用，在其表面涂布涂饰层，硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板具有保温隔热效果好、质轻、不燃、粘结性能好、不变形、施工方便等优点，而且抗压、抗折、抗冻、防水、耐酸碱性能优异，化学物理性能十分稳定，与下层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板结合使用，具有良好的防火性能和更长的使用寿命。
在硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板的上表面四边沿设置凹槽，可以很好的用锚固件与保温装饰一体板配合密切，固定牢靠，安全性良好，锚固件隐藏于保温装饰一体板之间，防火保温装饰一体板的装饰效果不受影响。
阻燃保温板和硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板通过强力粘结剂双面重合粘贴，有助于使三者连接紧密，不会发生分离鼓胀的现象，并且将相邻的两块保温装饰一体板拼接，锚固件在两板相交的凹槽内同时将两板固定，有助于增强整体的固定性和连接性。

1.一种防火保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：由阻燃保温板（4）双面重合粘贴硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板（2）构成，形成三层结构，上层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板（2）上表面涂布有涂饰层（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：上层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板（2）上表面四边沿设有凹槽（5）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防火保温装饰一体板，其特征在于：下层硅钙板或纤维水泥压力平板（2）为平板或蜂窝平板。
