Abstract
一种自动计量装置，包括进料机、称料斗、重力传感器、显示器、集料槽、出料机和输送带，进料机上部出口与称料斗相连，称料斗的内部下方装有重力传感器，重力传感器与显示器相连，称料斗下面出口有一个集料槽，出料机的吸料口伸入集料槽中，出料机的出料口下方有一输送带。本实用新型的优点：本装置能够将原料自动计量后再输送到加工车间，大大的降低了工人的劳动强度，不仅提高了工作效率，而且对加工原料的计量也更加精确。

本实用新型涉及棉籽加工业中的计量设备，具体的来说是一种自动计量装置。
背景枝术
目前，国内的棉籽加工企业在输送原料棉籽时都是工人先将原料棉籽装入斗车，再将原料棉籽倒在吸料机上传送到输送皮带上，通过计算工人装的斗车数来达到企业每天加工了多少重量的原料棉籽的目的。这种计量方法十分落后，工人的劳动强度大，工作效率低，原料的计量也不太精确。
实用新型内容
针对上述存在的问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种省时省力的自动计量装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种自动计量装置，包括进料机、称料斗、重力传感器、显示器、集料槽、出料机和输送带，其特征是：进料机上部出口与称料斗相连，称料斗的内部下方装有重力传感器，重力传感器与显示器相连，称料斗下面出口有一个集料槽，出料机的吸料口伸入集料槽中，出料机的出料口下方有一输送带。
本实用新型的优点：本装置能够将原料自动计量后再输送到加工车间，大大的降低了工人的劳动强度，不仅提高了工作效率，而且对加工原料的计量也更加精确。

如图1所示，进料机1上部出口与称料斗2相连，称料斗2的内部下方装有重力传感器3，重力传感器3与显示器4相连，称料斗2下面出口有一个集料槽5，出料机6的吸料口伸入集料槽5中，出料机6的出料口下方有一输送带7。
