背景技术
目前,医务人员在调配药物时,常用的流程式是:先用砂轮切割安瓿,再用消毒棉球消毒,再用双手直接接触安瓿瓶口将其掰开,最后在用注射器抽吸药液,流程不仅繁琐,且手工直接接触操作,医务人员经常手部受伤,同时也给患者带来用药安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种使用方便、省时、省力、安全、卫生的安瓿切割消毒掰开一体机。
其技术方案是:在一弹性帽体的侧壁上设置消毒棉球孔,与棉球孔在同一直径上的帽体壁上设有砂轮角,砂轮角的末端通过挂钩与帽体侧壁上的连杆配合固定。
本实用新型具有结构简单、制作成本低、使用方便,可以一次性实现切割、消毒、掰开安瓿瓶口的功能,安全、卫生、实用。

本实用新型主要是在一弹性帽体1的侧壁上设置消毒棉球孔2,与棉球孔2在同一直径上的帽体1侧壁上设有砂轮角4,砂轮角4的末端通过挂钩与帽体1侧壁上的连杆3配合固定,在砂轮角4磨损严重后,可以通过挂钩快捷更换。
使用方法:
使用时,先将消毒药棉从弹性帽体内侧放入棉球孔内,再将弹性帽体套在安瓿瓶口,医务人员的大拇指按在消毒棉球孔的外侧,食指按在砂轮角的末端,转动弹性帽体,同时完成切割和消毒,医务人员再将大拇指和食指放在弹性帽体侧壁上,将安瓿瓶口掰下,取药注射,不仅省时省力,还达到医务人员职业防护及患者用药安全之目的。
