本实用新型涉及灯头。
背景技术
如图1所示的小规格灯头型号为E14-25×17。灯头结构为一个带螺纹圆柱体2和外表面光滑的一个圆柱体3,组合成一个金属体,底部为绝缘体1。其中带螺纹的圆柱体2可配E14灯座,这种结构灯头为传统标准灯头,现在随着LED新光源发展并深入照明领域。现实生活中,往往需要更换灯泡而不需要更换灯座。因此,对于传统灯头的通用性有了更高的要求。为了节能低碳环保,又不造成浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种灯头,其既可以安装E14泡壳,又能够与E27泡壳配套,根据LED灯的特性提高灯头的通用性,降低制作及使用成本,减少了制作周期,方便使用,节能低碳环保,不造成浪费。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种灯头,其特征在于:包括E14灯头部,所述E14灯头部包括依次设置的绝缘部、螺纹部、外表面光滑的空心柱体一,其中螺纹部与E14灯座匹配,空心柱体一用于与E14泡壳配合安装,所述空心柱体一前端还延伸形成有空心柱体二,空心柱体二内径大于空心柱体一。即在标准E14-25×17灯头的基础上增加与泡壳连接空间,使LED灯的电器部件有足够安装空间。从而实现与E27灯的互用。
优选的,所述空心柱体一与圆柱体二为压制连接。
优选的,所述空心柱体二外径为25.8mm,高度为6mm。
优选的,所述空心柱体一与圆柱体二连接处设有倒圆角。
本发明在标准E14-25×17灯头的基础上增加空心柱体二,用于增加泡壳的连接空间,该空心柱体二与E27泡壳匹配时,即可实现与E27灯的互用。

具体实施方式
如图2所示本实用新型一种灯头,包括E14灯头部,所述E14灯头部包括依次设置的绝缘部1、螺纹部2、外表面光滑的空心柱体一3,其中螺纹部与E14灯座匹配,所述空心柱体一前端还延伸形成有空心柱体二4,空心柱体二内径大于空心柱体一,空心柱体二外径φ为25.8mm,高度为6mm。所述空心柱体一与空心柱体二为压制连接,空心柱体一与圆柱体二连接处设有倒圆角5。即在标准E14-25×17灯头的基础上增加与泡壳连接空间,使LED灯的电器部件有足够安装空间。从而实现与E27灯的互用。

1.一种灯头,其特征在于:包括E14灯头部,所述E14灯头部包括依次设置的绝缘部、螺纹部、外表面光滑的空心柱体一,其中螺纹部与E14灯座匹配,空心柱体一用于与E14泡壳配合安装,所述空心柱体一前端还延伸形成有空心柱体二,空心柱体二内径大于空心柱体一。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯头,其特征在于:所述空心柱体一与空心柱体二为压制连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灯头,其特征在于:所述空心柱体二外径为25.8mm,高度为6mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的灯头,其特征在于:所述空心柱体一与圆柱体二连接处设有倒圆角(5)。
