为了避免在送电过程中小炉盖的盖板发生电弧,本实用新型提供一种电弧炉小炉盖。
本实用新型一种电弧炉小炉盖,包括盖板,盖板上设有三个电极孔,其特征是三个电极孔均为椭圆形孔,椭圆形孔的长轴为910mm,短轴为810mm。
本实用新型的椭圆形电极孔,增大了电极与电极孔之间的距离,可以消除电极孔周围结渣现象,从而避免在送电过程中小炉盖的盖板发生电弧。
