Abstract
一种抗腐蚀耐磨液压缸，其特征是在活塞杆外表面包裹一层不锈钢板，不锈钢板表面再镀硬铬。使液压缸活塞杆表面具有与不锈钢相同的抗腐蚀能力，同时还具有与镀铬活塞杆相同的耐磨性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液压缸：一种活塞杆基体包裹一层不锈钢板，不锈钢板表面再镀硬铬的液压缸。
背景技术
目前，液压缸的活塞杆外表面多采用表面镀铬的方法，实现活塞杆的防腐和耐磨。由于活塞杆镀铬层薄并且有针孔，使得液压缸在使用中，活塞杆很容易受到腐蚀而造成液压缸的失效。特别是当液压缸工作在潮湿或有腐蚀性液体的环境中，由于活塞杆受到腐蚀而造成液压缸失效情况极易发生。
发明内容
为了解决活塞杆镀铬层很容易受到腐蚀而造成液压缸的失效问题，本实用新型提供一种液压缸，该液压缸的活塞杆具有与不锈钢相同的抗腐蚀能力，同时具有与镀铬活塞杆相同的耐磨性。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：在活塞杆基体的外表面包裹一层不锈钢板，所述的不锈钢板焊接成管状，紧密的包裹在活塞杆的外表面，管的两端与活塞杆基体焊接，然后对不锈钢形成的外表面进行磨削加工，再对磨削后的不锈钢表面镀硬铬。
本发明涉及的液压缸可以是一级缸，也可以是二级缸或多级缸。

上述图中标号说明如下：
1-一级液压缸缸体，2-一级液压缸活塞杆，3-不锈钢板，4-镀硬铬层，5-一级液压缸活塞杆基体，6-二级液压缸的一级缸体，7-二级液压缸的二级缸体，8-二级液压缸的活塞杆。
具体实施方式
不锈钢板3紧密的包裹在一级液压缸活塞杆基体5的外表面。将不锈钢板3的对接缝焊接，焊接后的不锈钢板3成为管状。再将管状不锈钢板3的两端与一级液压缸活塞杆基体焊接，使管状不锈钢板3与一级液压缸活塞杆基体5成为一体，成为一级液压缸活塞杆2。将一级液压缸活塞杆2的不锈钢板表面进行磨削加工后再镀硬铬层4。
二级液压缸缸体7和二级液压缸活塞杆8的实施方式与一级液压缸活塞杆2相同。
由于一级液压缸活塞杆2、二级液压缸的二级缸体7、二级液压缸的活塞杆8外表面都实施了包裹不锈钢板3再镀硬铬层4，使其构成的液压缸的活塞杆(包括二级缸体)表面具有与不锈钢相同的抗腐蚀能力，同时还具有与镀铬活塞杆(包括二级缸体)相同的耐磨性。
本发明所述的技术方案还可用于多级缸。

1.一种抗腐蚀耐磨液压缸，其特征是：活塞杆外表面包裹一层不锈钢板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压缸，其特征是：所述的不锈钢板外表面镀硬铬。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液压缸，其特征是：所述的不锈钢板焊接成管状，紧密的包裹在活塞杆基体的外表面，管的两端与活塞杆基体焊接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液压缸，其特征是：不锈钢板与活塞杆基体焊接后，不锈钢板的外表面要进行磨削加工。
5.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的液压缸，其特征是：液压缸或者是一级缸，或者是二级缸或多级缸。
6.根据权利要求3所述的液压缸，其特征是：液压缸或者是一级缸，或者是二级缸或多级缸。
