如图1所示。一种安全雨衣，包括雨衣体1和雨帽，所述雨帽的边缘部分设有凸起的防护圈2，防护圈2下侧装有透镜3，透镜3的上边缘与防护圈2之间铰接连接。
使用时，雨水会顺着防护圈2向两侧流淌，同时将透镜3调整到合适的倾斜度，防止雨雪落到脸上，不影响人们的视线，提高了雨雪天气行驶的安全性。
