本实用新型属于纺织绳索。
背景技术
现有的高强高模聚乙烯大规格(直径60-160mm)编绞绳索一般设备加工长度为600-100m,无法满足海洋工程如深水钻井平台锚泊定位长度800-6000m、超深水6000m以上的技术要求;而制造超大制绳设备因目前技术不成熟且造价很贵;目前获得超长编绞绳索是采用绳股交叉插口连结方法,其缺陷是不但绳索伸长率大而不稳定,有关国际海洋工程海上位置保持深水钻井平台锚泊定位用锚索等规范也不认可在制造超长编绞绳索的时候采用绳股交叉插口连接方法,这限制了不少需要超长且绳股无连接、伸长率低锚索的行业发展。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高强高模聚乙烯多芯8股绳复编的锚索;
本实用新型采用400dtex-50000dtex聚酯或高强高模聚乙烯纤维绳纱捻成的绳股和直径1mm-30mm、捻系数为5-20、线密度0.5ktex-532ktex的8股高强高模聚乙烯编绞绳,其特征是聚酯纤维或高强高模聚乙烯纤维绳股编织成24-48股空心绳索包覆在多根无股绳接头的8股高强高模聚乙烯编绞绳外层。
本实用新型的有益的效果是:由聚酯或高强高模聚乙烯纤维组成绳索表面复合编织保护层、多根高强高模聚乙烯纤维无股绳接头8股编绞绳作为绳芯,可制造成目前无设备制造的超长复编锚索,直径60mm-160mm锚索长度可达800m-6000m;因这种绳索无接头,可实施定型把蠕变减至最小;由于锚索绳芯超大捻系数,大幅度提高了纤维材料强力利用率和降低了锚索伸长率和产品成本;高断裂强度、最小伸长、重量轻的特点符合海洋工程如深水钻井平台锚泊超长度定位要求;而且可广泛应用于海洋工程超长拖缆系泊,深海渔业的高口中层拖网、大型围网等骨架纲索,深海打捞、勘探等特种海洋工程及航天军事、交通航运、工农业、矿山体育等工程;又能替代超重、阻力大、易腐蚀等工程用的超长钢丝绳。

本实用新型(见附图)采用400dtex-50000dtex聚酯或高强高模聚乙烯纤维绳纱捻成的绳股和直径1mm-30mm、捻系数为5-20、线密度0.5ktex-532ktex的8股高强高模聚乙烯编绞绳1;聚酯或高强高模纤维制成绳股后,用24-48股编织机编织成24-48股空心绳索紧紧包覆在多根高强高模纤维8股编绞绳组成的绳芯外层2。
