本实用新型涉及一种鞋中底的改进结构。
背景技术
传统鞋中底由钢芯、纸板、粘接剂构成。不具有缓冲、减震、按摩的效果。传统中底采用纸板定型，中底后身加入钢芯以作支撑，同时采用大量胶粘剂，因此工艺复杂，浪费钢材与木材，且重量较大，不环保。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型按摩鞋中底，本实用新型解决了现有的鞋中底不具有按摩功能的问题。
本实用新型的新型按摩鞋中底，该鞋中底(1)上面前部有脚掌按摩层(2)、后部有脚中后部按摩层(3)；在鞋中底(1)下面位于脚掌部位和鞋中底(1)后部分别有补强层(4)；脚掌按摩层(2)和脚中后部按摩层(3)与鞋中底(1)和补强层(4)注塑压制形成一体结构。
本实用新型的新型按摩鞋中底，除具有按摩功能以外，还具有穿着舒适，重量轻的优点。

下面结合附图并用最佳的实施例对本实用新型作详细的说明。
参阅图1-2，新型按摩鞋中底，该鞋中底(1)上面前部有脚掌按摩层(2)、后部有脚中后部按摩层(3)；在鞋中底(1)下面位于脚掌部位和鞋中底(1)后部分别有补强层(4)；脚掌按摩层(2)和脚中后部按摩层(3)与鞋中底(1)和补强层(4)注塑压制形成一体结构。
进一步地，本实用新型的新型按摩鞋中底，还具有如下特点：脚掌按摩层(2)和脚中后部按摩层(3)采用PU发泡材料。
中底(1)和补强层(4)采用复合碳玻纤PP材料。
本实用新型环保按摩中底，后身采用复合碳玻纤pp材料直接注塑成型，改变传统中底纸板中压入钢芯的做法，减少钢材、纸板的使用，节约、环保。前掌部位采用PU材料，直接与后身连接，减少了传统中底粘接剂的使用。同时在中底的加入后身2mm，前掌1.5mmPU发泡材料，起到缓冲、减震、按摩的效果。为弥补发泡材料的支撑强度，在后身部位增加2mm补强层，同样采用复合碳玻纤PP材料。
