硅料的型号和重掺等特性需要专门的仪器来测量，其中三头探针笔结构的硅料检测分选仪可以快速准确地测量硅料的型号和重掺，三头探针笔结构的硅料检测分选仪指的是一种带三头探针笔的硅料检测分选仪，三头探针笔的一端是三根平行设置的针式探头，另一端为针孔插头，针孔插头与硅料检测分选仪的针孔插孔匹配。测量时，拣料工一手拿住硅料，另一只手将探笔的三根探头按压在硅料的表面，此时硅料检测分选仪就会显示所测硅料的型号和重掺特性。此方法操作较慢，探测面小，影响拣料的工作效率。

本实用新型代替三头探针笔来检测硅料，只需将硅块或硅片放到三根条形金属件的上表面上，即可测出该料的型号和重掺特性，不仅增加检测面积，而且简化操作，使操作非常方便快捷，提高拣料的工作效率。

参照附图1，这种硅料检测台，包括绝缘台板2(由木板制成)和条形金属件1，条形金属件1设有三根，三根条形金属件1的两头弯曲成直角分别固定在绝缘台板2上，三根条形金属件1平行设置，三根条形金属件1的上表面处于同一平面，三根条形金属件1间的距离与三头探针笔探针间的距离相当，三根条形金属件1的脚部分别焊接有导线3，通过导线3与针孔插头4连接，针孔插头4与硅料检测分选仪的针孔插孔匹配。
用本实用新型的硅料检测台来检测硅料时，只需将硅块或硅片5放到三根条形金属件1的上表面上，即可测出该料的型号和重掺特性，不仅增加检测面积，而且简化操作，使操作非常方便快捷，提高拣料的工作效率。
