本实用新型涉及一种轻质保温砌块，具体地说是一种利用石粉发泡成型的轻质保温砌块。
背景技术
目前，常用的轻质保温砌块，一般成本较高，重量较重，保温隔热和隔音性能不明显，使用面较窄，不便于建筑保温和隔热使用。
另一方面，我地有大量的(大理石)石粉无法利用，造成了很大的环保隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，就是针对上述不足之处而提出的一种利用石粉为原材料，生产一种投资小，材料成本低，产品比重小，具有保温、隔热、隔音性能的轻质保温砌块，该砌块环保，强度高，重量轻，成本低，可取代多种新型建筑材料。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种利用石粉发泡成型的轻质保温砌块，包括硬面层(1)和发泡层(2)，其特征在于中间一层为发泡层(2)，上面和底面两层为硬面层(1)。发泡层(2)是利用石粉发泡而成的轻质材料。
本实用新型由于采用了上述方案，和现有建筑保温隔热材料相比，由于砌块的中间一层为利用石粉发泡而成的发泡层，具有轻质、阻燃、保温、隔热、价廉的特点，生产工艺简单。砌块的两个硬面层具有装饰和增强的作用，中间发泡层用石粉发泡而成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：轻质保温砌块的综合性能好，质轻、保温、隔热、强度高、阻燃、环保，生产投资小，原材料(大理石)石粉来源广泛，制作成本低，用途广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1，对本实用新型作详细说明。
在模具的控制下，在两块硬面层(1)之间浇注由石粉、胶凝剂和发泡剂组成的混合浆体，在发泡剂的膨胀作用下，混合浆体不断膨胀并和硬面层(1)复合在一起而成为石粉发泡层(2)。
