本发明的最大特点：通过LED发光源将光照向透明介质长管一侧的端口，光线在透明介质长管内传导，使得透明介质长管通体发光，亮度较高且均匀。使司机和行人在夜晚也能看清警示护栏带，从而保障了司机和行人的安全。本发明结构简单，使用方便，可广泛应用于人们的日常生活中。
