技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生物质燃料生产设备,具体涉及一种替代民用和工业用煤的生物质燃料生产设备。
背景技术
目前,有关替代民用和工业用煤的燃料制造技术较多,有关此技术的文献报导也较多。例如中国专利文献CN1353171A公开的一种环保颗粒燃料,其原料包括各种植物秸秆的碎料、水、碳酸氢钙、助燃剂、粘合剂等。又如中国专利文献CN1312351A公开的一种利用粉煤灰和塑料制成的固体燃料及其制造方法,它是用粉煤灰、聚乙烯塑料和生物燃料,经加热、混合搅拌、挤压成型的固定燃料。上述燃料均在原材料中加入了化学添加物作为粘合介质,因此对生产设备的要求较低。然而采用此方法加工的燃料,并非纯生物质燃料,燃烧时,粘合介质会产生有害气体。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种替代民用和工业用煤的完全采用废弃木材生产生物质燃料的生产设备,不需添加化学胶粘剂。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种生物质燃料生产设备,其特征在于:所述设备包括输送木片的定量螺旋输送机(1)、高温过热蒸汽室(2)、蒸汽炉(3)、高温烟气发生装置(4)及挤压成型机(5),定量螺旋输送机(1)的输出端连接高温过热蒸汽室(2)的入口,蒸汽炉(3)产生高温高压饱和蒸汽经管道(6)输送至高温过热蒸汽室(2)内,所述高温烟气发生装置(4)的出口连通管道(6),对管道(6)内的高温高压饱和蒸汽再加热,所述高温过热蒸汽室(2)的出口连接挤压成型机(5)。
所述高温烟气发生装置(4)为锅炉,锅炉的排气口连接管道(6)。
所述高温烟气发生装置(4)为燃气炉灶。
本实用新型的积极效果:采用此结构的生产设备,高温高压的饱和蒸汽经高温烟气发生装置再次加热后,可产生较高的蒸汽温度,对高温过热蒸汽室内的原材料进行高温过热蒸汽处理,使经过过热蒸汽处理的原材料软化,木素熔解,提高原料活性和胶结性能,从而利用原材料本身含有的天然胶结成分将原材料紧密结合在一起,不添加额外的化学添加物作为粘合介质,因此,采用此设备生产的生物质燃料,非常环保。且通过高温过热蒸汽处理原材料,可提高产品强度和耐久性,同时还可降低挤压成型时对挤压成型机的磨损,减少维修费用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型所述生物质燃料生产设备具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型的生物质燃料生产设备,主要由输送木片的定量螺旋输送机1、高温过热蒸汽室2、蒸汽炉3、高温烟气发生装置4及挤压成型机5组成,定量螺旋输送机1的输出端连接高温过热蒸汽室2的入口,蒸汽炉3产生高温高压饱和蒸汽经管道6输送至高温过热蒸汽室2内,高温烟气发生装置4的出口连通管道6,对管道6内的高温高压饱和蒸汽再加热,高温过热蒸汽室2的出口连接挤压成型机5。高温烟气发生装置4可以采用锅炉,锅炉的排气口连接管道6,利用锅炉的废热对蒸汽进行加热,当然,高温烟气发生装置4还可以采用燃气炉灶等其它加热设备。
工作过程如下:生物质的废弃木片由料仓经定量螺旋输送机1输送至高温过热蒸汽室2内,蒸汽炉3产生约一百多度的高温高压饱和蒸汽,经高温烟气发生装置4再次加热后,形成超过三百度的高温过热蒸汽,最好能达到四五百度,当高温过热蒸汽进入高温过热蒸汽室2内时,可快速对废弃木片进行加热,使原材料软化,木素熔解,提高原料活性和胶结性能,从而挤压成型机5内利用原材料本身含有的天然胶结成分将原材料紧密结合在一起,不添加额外的化学添加物作为粘合介质。非常环保。

1.一种生物质燃料生产设备,其特征在于:所述设备包括输送木片的定量螺旋输送机(1)、高温过热蒸汽室(2)、蒸汽炉(3)、高温烟气发生装置(4)及挤压成型机(5),定量螺旋输送机(1)的输出端连接高温过热蒸汽室(2)的入口,蒸汽炉(3)产生高温高压饱和蒸汽经管道(6)输送至高温过热蒸汽室(2)内,所述高温烟气发生装置(4)的出口连通管道(6),对管道(6)内的高温高压饱和蒸汽再加热,所述高温蒸汽室(2)的出口连接挤压成型机(5)。
