Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种除菌过滤装置，具体是一种除菌过滤装置，包括除菌过滤器，其特征是，在除菌过滤器之前依次串接板框式过滤器和预过滤器。本实用新型的板框式过滤器和预过滤器能够阻挡反应液中绝大部分的颗粒杂质，对除菌过滤器的滤膜有保护作用，延长了其使用寿命，且采用的陶瓷纤维布容易清洗和更换。

本实用新型涉及一种除菌过滤装置，特别是一种头孢菌素钠原料药生产专用的除菌过滤装置。
背景技术
头孢菌素钠原料药(特别是头孢曲松钠、头孢噻肟钠、头孢替唑钠)生产过程中，在产品结晶之前，一般采用液体除菌过滤装置对反应液进行除菌过滤。现有技术中，由于反应液中存在颗粒状杂质，除菌过滤器滤膜经常容易堵塞，影响过滤速度和效果。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种除菌过滤装置，其在除菌过滤器之前增加了两级过滤，克服了杂质对除菌过滤膜的堵塞问题，且维护方便，提高了过滤速度和过滤效果。
本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案：
一种除菌过滤装置，包括除菌过滤器，其特征是，在除菌过滤器之前依次串接板框式过滤器和预过滤器。
所述板框式过滤器包括滤板，滤板之间夹持有陶瓷纤维布。
所述预过滤器和除菌过滤器均为套筒式过滤器。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
1)板框式过滤器能够阻挡反应液中大部分的颗粒杂质，对预过滤器和除菌过滤器的滤膜有保护作用，且采用的陶瓷纤维布容易清洗和更换；
2)预过滤器能进一步滤除反应液中的杂质，保护和延长了除菌过滤膜的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种除菌过滤装置，包括依次串接板框式过滤器1、预过滤器2和除菌过滤器3，板框式过滤器1包括滤板1-1，滤板1-1之间夹持有陶瓷纤维布1-2。

1.一种除菌过滤装置，包括除菌过滤器，其特征是，在除菌过滤器之前依次串接板框式过滤器和预过滤器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除菌过滤装置，其特征是，所述板框式过滤器包括滤板，滤板之间夹持有陶瓷纤维布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除菌过滤装置，其特征是，所述预过滤器和除菌过滤器均为套筒式过滤器。
