本实用新型公开了一种蛋黄蛋清分离器，其特征在于：包括手柄囊(1)及一端与手柄囊(1)连通的圆柱形塑料容器(2)，圆柱形塑料容器(2)的另一端设有一酒瓶状开口(3)。本实用新型挤压硅胶手柄囊，利用气压原理将蛋黄吸进透明的圆柱形塑料容器内，能快速将蛋黄蛋清分离，而且分离彻底，分离效果较好，还省时省力。采用酒瓶状的开口，可减少蛋黄与开口之间的摩擦；采用无毒硅胶制成手柄囊，安全可靠；采用透明的圆柱形PP塑料管，可见性较好。本实用新型还具有制作简单，生产成本较低，体积较小，不占空间的特点。本实用新型可家用，也可用于酒店等分离量较大的场所。

本实用新型涉及一种生活用品，特别是一种蛋黄蛋清分离器。
背景技术
随着人们生活的提高及病人饮食的需要，或者有的菜需要把蛋清蛋黄分开做的。例如：芙蓉蛋是蛋清做的，赛螃蟹是蛋黄做的，但传统的分离方法是把蛋打个孔，向外倒蛋清，或是把全蛋倒在盆里，用勺子把蛋黄挑出来，分离不够彻底，还费工、费力，而且容易把蛋黄弄破。

本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种蛋黄蛋清分离器。本实用新型具有蛋黄蛋清分离彻底，省时省力和分离效果较好的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案：蛋黄蛋清分离器，其特征在于：包括手柄囊及一端与手柄囊连通的圆柱形塑料容器，圆柱形塑料容器的另一端设有一酒瓶状开口。

前述的蛋黄蛋清分离器中，所述的圆柱形塑料容器，为透明的圆柱形塑料容器。
前述的蛋黄蛋清分离器中，所述透明的圆柱形塑料容器，是透明无毒的圆柱形PP塑料管。

实施例。蛋黄蛋清分离器，构成如图1所示，其特征在于：包括手柄囊1及一端与手柄囊1连通的圆柱形塑料容器2，圆柱形塑料容器2的另一端设有一酒瓶状开口3，可减少与蛋黄的摩擦，使得分离效果较好。
比较好的是，所述的手柄囊1采用无毒硅胶制成的手柄囊。
更好的是，所述的圆柱形塑料容器2采用透明的圆柱形PP塑料管。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：将蛋打开放入盆中，用圆柱形塑料容器的开口对准蛋黄，挤压硅胶手柄囊，利用气压原理将蛋黄吸进透明的圆柱形塑料容器内，再通过挤压硅胶手柄囊将蛋黄放入其他盆中，达到蛋黄蛋清分离的目的。

1.蛋黄蛋清分离器，其特征在于：包括手柄囊(1)及一端与手柄囊(1)连通的圆柱形塑料容器(2)，圆柱形塑料容器(2)的另一端设有一酒瓶状开口(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蛋黄蛋清分离器，其特征在于：所述的手柄囊(1)，为硅胶手柄囊。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛋黄蛋清分离器，其特征在于：所述的圆柱形塑料容器(2)，为透明的圆柱形塑料容器。
