本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆,包括三根线芯、包带层、内垫层、铠装层、护套,线芯由内到外依次包括导体、屏蔽层、绝缘层,三根线芯包裹在包带层内,三根线芯和包带层之间的空隙内设置有空心绝缘管,空心绝缘管和线芯之间的空隙设置有填充层。用空心绝缘管代替填充层,减轻了整个电力电缆的重量,使电力电缆更加轻便,还节省了填充材料,减少了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆。
背景技术
电力电缆一般都是三芯,三根导体芯包裹在绝缘的护套内,护套和导体芯直接的空隙填充有填充层,现有的填充层一般是实心填充,采用聚乙烯材料或是扇形胶条填充满整个空间,不仅浪费材料,增加成本,而且使电缆重量增加,给运输和铺设带来不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种更轻便的电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种电力电缆,包括三根线芯、包带层、内垫层、铠装层、护套,线芯由内到外依次包括导体、屏蔽层、绝缘层,三根线芯包裹在包带层内,三根线芯和包带层之间的空隙内设置有空心绝缘管,空心绝缘管和线芯之间的空隙设置有填充层。
本实用新型在线芯与包带层之间的三个空隙间均设置有一个空心绝缘管。
本实用新型的有益效果是用空心绝缘管代替填充层,减轻了整个电力电缆的重量,使电力电缆更加轻便,还节省了填充材料,减少了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种电力电缆,包括三根线芯、包带层4、内垫层5、铠装层6、护套7,线芯由内到外依次包括导体1、屏蔽层2、绝缘层3,三根线芯包裹在包带层4内,三根线芯和包带层4之间形成的三个空隙内均设置有一根空心绝缘管8,空心绝缘管8和线芯的绝缘层3外周相切,空心绝缘管8和线芯之间的空隙设置有填充层9。

1.一种电力电缆,由内到外依次包括三根线芯、包带层、内垫层、铠装层、护套,线芯由内到外依次包括导体、屏蔽层、绝缘层,三根线芯包裹在护包带层内,其特征在于:三根线芯和包带层之间的空隙内设置有空心绝缘管,空心绝缘管和线芯之间的空隙设置有填充层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力电缆,其特征在于:所述线芯与包带层之间的三个空隙间均设置有一个空心绝缘管。
