背景技术
高压电力电缆对电能传输的稳定性、安全性、完整性是极为重要的,高压交联结构中的“屏蔽层”实质是一种改善电场分布的措施,避免电缆发生局部放电现象和损坏击穿现象的发生。

本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种屏蔽效果好、阻水性能好、使用寿命长的新型复合屏蔽高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆。
本实用新型的技术方案是:所述的电缆由内至外依次为铜导体、绕包半导电尼龙带、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、绕包半导电阻水带、铜带屏蔽层、PP绕包带、挤包内护层、金属屏蔽层、无纺布绕包层、PE外护套和石墨涂敷层。
所述的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层采用三层共挤技术同时挤出。
本实用新型本实用新型结构简单新颖,采用VCV三层共挤和复合屏蔽技术,提升了电缆的电性能、阻水型能,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。如附图1所示:新型复合屏蔽高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,在圆型紧压铜导体1、绕包半导电尼龙带2外,采用VCV三层共挤技术,即导体屏蔽层3、绝缘层4、绝缘屏蔽层5同时挤出,在绝缘屏蔽层5外由内向外依次设置绕包半导电阻水带6、铜带屏蔽层7、PP绕包带8、挤包内护层9、非铜丝金属屏蔽层10、无纺布绕包层11、PE外护套12和石墨涂敷层13。

1.新型复合屏蔽高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的电缆由内至外依次为铜导体、绕包半导电尼龙带、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、绕包半导电阻水带、铜带屏蔽层、PP绕包带、挤包内护层、金属屏蔽层、无纺布绕包层、PE外护套和石墨涂敷层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合屏蔽高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层采用三层共挤技术同时挤出。
