Abstract

一种建筑墙体保温复合板密拼结构,该项结构是,设计一倒置的Ω型锚固件,该锚固件由下凸板和左、右对称的二个上翼板构成,下凸板中心有孔,下凸板埋入墙体用膨胀螺钉固紧,二个上翼板压紧相邻二块贴在墙体上的预开槽保温复合板;所述贴在墙体上相邻二块预开槽保温复合板,其拼接二边的结合处,开有翼板槽和凸板凹槽,翼板槽深度大于翼板厚度一倍以上;所述预开槽保温复合板与墙体结合处填有聚合物砂浆,在相邻的二块预开槽的保温复合板翼板槽形成的凹槽处用硅胶嵌缝,并将固定好的Ω型锚固件完全覆盖。优点在于,可以使贴挂在墙体上的保温复合板紧密拼合在一起,相邻预开槽的保温复合板之间的间隔极小,因而使墙体的保温效果及防水性能显著提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑物墙体上贴挂保温复合板的结构件。
背景技术
目前,建筑墙体保温维护结构装饰使用的各式复合板的贴挂工艺,复合板与复合板之间一般间隔有10㎜左右的缝隙,再通过填充泡沫条进行硅胶嵌缝,如此缝隙处的导热系数是不可能达标的,若按大墙面每平方米缝隙所占面积0.04㎡计算,1万㎡的外墙保温约有4%的墙面达不到要求,从而降解了保温隔热性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种建筑墙体保温复合板密拼结构,该项结构是,设计一倒置的Ω型锚固件,该锚固件由下凸板和左、右对称的二个上翼板构成,下凸板中心有孔,下凸板用膨胀螺钉打入墙体固紧,二个上翼板压紧相邻二块密拼贴在墙体上的预开槽保温复合板。
所述贴在墙体上的相邻二块预开槽保温复合板,其拼接二边的结合处,开有翼板槽和凸板凹槽,翼板槽深度大于翼板厚度一倍以上。
所述预开槽保温复合板与墙体结合处填有聚合物砂浆,密拼预开槽的保温复合板形成的凹槽缝隙处采用硅胶,或其它材料防水嵌缝,并将Ω型锚固件完全覆盖。
本实用新的优点在于,1、具有结构科学、锚固可靠,解决了保温复合板墙体装饰安全隐患;2、实现了墙体完全保温隔热,装饰效果、防火及防水性能显著提高;3、操作工艺简便,保温复合板贴锚易于控制,施工周期将有效缩短。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图所示,本实用新型的结构是,设计一倒置的Ω型锚固件2,该锚固件2由下凸板9和左、右对称的二个上翼板10构成,下凸板9中心有孔8,下凸板9埋入墙体7用膨胀螺钉5固紧,二个上翼板10压紧相邻二块贴在墙体7上的预开槽保温复合板1。
所述贴在墙体7上相邻二块保温复合板1,其拼接二边的结合处,开有翼板槽12和凸板凹槽11,翼板槽12深度大于翼板10厚度一倍以上。
所述复合保温板1与墙体7结合处填有聚合物砂浆6,膨胀螺钉5连同Ω型锚固件2将预开槽保温复合板紧固在墙体后,在相邻的二块预开槽的保温复合板翼板槽12形成的凹槽处用硅胶4,或其它材料嵌缝,并将Ω型锚固件2完全覆盖。
本实用新型的预开槽保温复合板1,请参阅附图5所示,其结构,从表层向里层,依次是:面板13、保温夹心层14、背板15(可无背板);其中:面板13与保温夹心层14之间、保温夹心层14与背板15之间用匹配的胶粘剂粘结牢固,形成夹心式复合板或双层复合板后,再在面板13的周边或二侧进行开槽12。
所述的面板13为各类无机板(纤维水泥板)及有机板,或有涂装层或贴面装饰层的各类无机板(纤维水泥板)及有机板等,保温夹心层14为各类发泡保温板材,背板15为各类无机板、或纤维水泥板,或有机板等。预开槽保温复合板1的常用规格(mm)为:
600×600×(30~60) ;600×1200×(30~60);
1200×1200×(30~60) ;600×2400 ×(30~60))。

1.一种建筑墙体保温复合板密拼结构,其特征在于,设计一倒置的Ω型锚固件,该锚固件由下凸板和左、右对称的二个上翼板构成,下凸板中心有孔,下凸板用膨胀螺钉打入墙体固紧,二个上翼板压紧相邻二块密拼贴在墙体上的预开槽保温复合板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑墙体保温复合板密拼结构,其特征在于,所述贴在墙体上相邻二块预开槽保温复合板,其拼接二边的结合处,开有翼板槽和凸板凹槽,翼板槽深度大于翼板厚度一倍以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑墙体保温复合板密拼结构,其特征在于,所述预开槽保温复合板与墙体结合处填有聚合物砂浆,在相邻的二块预开槽的保温复合板翼板槽形成的凹槽处用硅胶嵌缝,并将固定好的Ω型锚固件完全覆盖。
