Abstract
一种改进型女式尿壶，属于医疗器械领域。本实用新型能有效防止尿液沿肛门及臀裂下流，避免污染及打湿床单，使用方便，减轻了护理人员的工作量，提高了护理质量。所采用的技术方案是设计一种女式尿壶，包含了壶体，手柄，壶颈，壶体为长方体或圆柱体，壶颈前端设有接尿口；接尿口长12cm，宽10cm，两侧为月牙状凹形圆弧，上下边缘为凸形圆弧，上边缘比下边缘凸出2～3cm。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械领域，特别涉及到一种改进型女式尿壶。
二、背景技术
目前临床女性患者卧床时的排尿护理一般采用卧式便盆、导尿管、尿壶，但三种护理方式均有不足：卧式便盆接尿时需抬起病人臀部，操作不便，增加护理人员工作量，且易造成手术部位的再次损伤，对患者的恢复或治疗不利；导尿管增加患者病痛，易造成感染；使用传统的女式尿壶，由于女性生理特性，尿液沿肛门及臀裂下流，易污染、打湿床单，且壶口较小(长10cm，宽5cm)，紧贴会阴部时患者有排尿受限感，很多患者不愿使用。
鉴于目前女性患者排尿护理存在的问题及传统女式尿壶存在的缺陷，希望发明一种符合女性生理特性，能有效防止漏尿，使用方便、舒适的女式尿壶。
三、发明内容
本实用新型能有效防止漏尿，使患者感觉舒适，使用方便，减轻护理人员的工作量，提高护理质量。为了实现这个目的，所采用的技术方案是：
本实用新型设计了一种改进型女式尿壶，包含了壶体、手柄、壶颈，壶体为长方体或圆柱体，壶颈前端设有接尿口，接尿口长12cm，宽10cm，两侧为月牙状凹形圆弧，上下边缘为凸形圆弧，上边缘比下边缘凸出2～3cm。
与传统女式尿壶相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型根据女性的生理特征设计，接尿口下边缘与臀裂及臀部紧密贴合，两侧凹型圆弧与女患者会阴部两侧紧密贴合，能有效防止尿液沿肛门及臀裂下流，避免污染及打湿床单，使用方便，减轻了护理人员的工作量，提高了护理质量；接尿口较大，排尿时可减少受限感，减轻了患者的心理负担。

五、具体实施方式
参照图1，1壶体；2手柄；3壶颈；4接尿口；
参照图1，采用高分子材料吹塑成型，壶体1上方设有手柄2，接尿口4位于壶颈3的前端，接尿口4两侧为凹形圆弧，上下边缘为月牙状凸形圆弧。
使用时，女患者卧位，双腿屈膝，向两侧打开，将接尿口4下边缘凸出位置对准肛门下臀裂，两侧凹型圆弧对准会阴部两侧，稍用力，使接尿口4与患者的会阴部紧密贴合，完成排尿后，用纸巾由上至下搽拭会阴部。

1.一种改进型女式尿壶，其特征在于包含了壶体(1)、手柄(2)、壶颈(3)，壶体(1)为长方体或圆柱体，壶颈(3)前端设有接尿口(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的女式尿壶，其特征在于接尿口(4)长12cm，宽10cm，两侧为月牙状凹形圆弧，上下边缘为凸形圆弧，上边缘比下边缘凸出2～3cm。
