背景技术：
胸椎和腰椎病变手术后需长期卧床的病人，手术初期因有多个管道不能穿上衣，或长期卧床穿着上衣不舒适，上肢及肩部长时间裸露在外面，尤其是春秋季和冬季，病人舒适度严重降低。
发明内容
为了保护病人裸露的上肢及肩部，本实用新型设计了一种上肢及肩部保护衣，可起到充分保护病人的作用，提高病人的舒适度。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：纯棉质布料无领上衣，仅有两袖及能遮盖住前胸的上部，约占上身长的1/2，前胸有一纵行拉链，自袖口至肩线起始处各有一条拉链，以便于穿脱。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型可使病人卧床期间减少身体暴露，保护隐私，防止上肢及肩部受凉，提高病人舒适度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的具体实施例，保护衣为无领纯棉质，自袖口至肩线起始处各有一内置拉链，前胸自下而上有一内置拉链，病人返回病房前可先将前胸拉链拉开，将衣服平铺于床单上，将病人放置妥当后拉上前胸拉链，将其双上肢拉链拉开，将双上肢逐一放入拉上拉链。如为长期卧床的病人，可在协助其翻身时按上述方法进行。如为女病人其款式还可遮盖双乳房有效的保护其隐私，避免病人上肢及肩部暴露产生的不舒适感。
