本实用新型是一种异型管口微通道换热扁管及换热器,包括一个内部有多个微通道的扁管,扁管的端口向前收缩构成一喇叭状过渡段,过渡段的口部为异型,与该异型口相匹配的连接有异型管;所述异型管的断面为圆形、多边形、直槽口形、椭圆形或D形。一种换热器,由多个异型管口微通道换热扁管并排地连接在两个集流管之间构成,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管之间设有散热片。再一种换热器,由多个异型管口微通道换热扁管并排后其首尾通过弯管串联成一体,弯管设于支撑架上,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管之间设有散热片。本扁管使集流管直径缩小,制冷剂充注量减少,降低了成本;扁管之间的散热片,使冷凝水或融霜水顺利排出,提高了换热效率。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种换热器上使用的微通道换热扁管,特别是一种异型管口微通道换热扁管及换热器。
背景技术
微通道换热器是由多个微通道换热扁管与集流管相连接而成,或由多个微通道换热扁管与弯头连接而成。由于扁管的管口是扁形的,其宽度比较大,所以集流管的外径和厚度都要相应增加,弯头则须做成很宽,这将导致换热器加工难度大,成本上升。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有微通道换热扁管由于管口扁宽导致换热器加工难度大,成本上升的缺陷,发明一种异型管口微通道换热扁管,以及用本扁管制作成的换热器。
本实用新型的目的是按如下的方式来实现的:所述异型管口微通道换热扁管,包括一个内部有多个微通道的扁管,扁管的端口向前收缩构成一喇叭状的过渡段,过渡段的口部为异型,与该异型口相匹配的连接有异型管。
所述异型管的断面为圆形、多边形、直槽口形、椭圆形或D形。
所述异型管口微通道换热扁管为铝材。
一种设有异型管口微通道换热扁管的换热器,包括异型管口微通道换热扁管、集流管和散热片,多个异型管口微通道换热扁管并排地连接在两个集流管之间,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管之间设有散热片。
一种设有异型管口微通道换热扁管的换热器,包括异型管口微通道换热扁管、散热片、支撑架和弯管,多个异型管口微通道换热扁管并排后其首尾通过弯管串联成一体,弯管设于支撑架上,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管之间设有散热片。
本实用新型的积极效果如下:
本异型管口微通道换热扁管的管端截面为圆形,其截面的最大口径相对管体截面的宽度缩小,使集流管直径可以相应缩小,制冷剂的充注量亦可相应减少,从而降低换热器成本。
用本异型管口微通道换热扁管制成的换热器,其扁管可根据设计需要与水平方向成一定角度,相邻扁管之间设有散热片,使换热器表面生成的冷凝水或融霜水顺利排出,提高换热效率。
本异型管口微通道换热扁管可以直接替代现有管翅式换热器中的铜管,可以很方便的与各分液管连接,解决了冷媒分配不均的问题。
由于本扁管为铝材,可以在不降低原有换热性能的基础上降低换热器成本。
由于异型扁管的管端截面为圆形,所以与之配套的集流管上的开孔亦为圆形,所以加工工艺更简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,所述异型管口微通道换热扁管,包括一个内部有多个微通道的扁管1,扁管1的端口向前收缩构成一喇叭状的过渡段2,过渡段2的口部为异型,与该异型口相匹配的连接有异型管3。
所述异型管3的断面为圆形、多边形、直槽口形、椭圆形或D形。
所述异型管口微通道换热扁管为铝材。
如图2所示,一种设有异型管口微通道换热扁管的换热器,包括异型管口微通道换热扁管4、集流管5和散热片6,多个异型管口微通道换热扁管4并排地连接在两个集流管5之间,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管4之间设有散热片6。
如图3所示,一种设有异型管口微通道换热扁管的换热器,包括异型管口微通道换热扁管4、散热片6、支撑架7和弯管8,多个异型管口微通道换热扁管4并排后其首尾通过弯管8串联成一体,弯管8设于支撑架7上,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管4之间设有散热片6。

1.一种异型管口微通道换热扁管,其特征在于:所述异型管口微通道换热扁管,包括一个内部有多个微通道的扁管,扁管的端口向前收缩构成一喇叭状的过渡段,过渡段的口部为异型,与该异型口相匹配的连接有异型管。

4.一种设有异型管口微通道换热扁管的换热器,其特征在于:包括异型管口微通道换热扁管、集流管和散热片,多个异型管口微通道换热扁管并排地连接在两个集流管之间,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管之间设有散热片。
5.一种设有异型管口微通道换热扁管的换热器,其特征在于:包括异型管口微通道换热扁管、散热片、支撑架和弯管,多个异型管口微通道换热扁管并排后其首尾通过弯管串联成一体,弯管设于支撑架上,相邻的两个异型管口微通道换热扁管之间设有散热片。
