如图1、2所示，一种雨水利用节水节能设备，包括水槽3、托架7、排水管9，水槽3由托架7支撑，水槽3安装在房檐4下方，托架7固定在墙壁8上，排水管9安装在水槽3底部，所述排水管9连接蓄水池2，蓄水池2中有水10，蓄水池2设有溢水管11和出水管12，溢水管11在蓄水池2上部，出水管12在蓄水池2底部，所述水槽3与水槽3由法兰5连接，法兰5加密封胶条后由螺栓6连接在一起，所述水槽3、蓄水池2均由玻璃钢制作而成。
