本实用新型涉及一种车辆座椅配件，尤其涉及一种新型塑料弹性坐垫。
【背景技术】
目前市面销售的弹性坐垫多以面布下衬以海棉、垫芯再加弹簧结合在一起，这就使得坐垫的结构复杂，工艺处理难度较大，成本偏高。另外，汽车坐垫的散热向来也是一个难以解决的问题，在炎热的夏天，即使车内开空调，但坐垫的散热还是得不到很好的解决。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、成本低及透气散热性能好的新型塑料弹性坐垫。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的：一种新型塑料弹性坐垫，包括一坐垫主体，所述坐垫主体包括一上表面和一下表面，所述上表面向上隆起形成复数个空心的突起，且该每个突起均含有一开孔，所述下表面上对应于每个突起的位置均设有一形状大小与突起一致的通孔，所述上表面与下表面之间设有复数个立柱，所述每个立柱均沿通孔的边缘竖向延伸至上表面。
进一步地，所述突起是方形，所述开孔为圆孔。
本实用新型一种新型塑料弹性坐垫的有益效果在于：上表面上突起与开孔、及下表面上相应的通孔的设计，不仅结构简单、成本低，而且透气散热的效果好，另外，上表面与下表面之间的立柱设计，在起到支撑的同时，还给该坐垫的弹性提供了主要来源。

请结合参阅图1至图4，本实用新型一种塑料弹性坐垫，包括一坐垫主体10，所述坐垫主体10包括一上表面1和一下表面2，所述上表面1向上隆起形成复数个空心的突起11，且该每个突起11均含有一开孔111，在本实施例中的突起11是方形的，开孔111为圆孔，所述下表面2上对应于每个突起11的位置均设有一形状大小与突起11一致的通孔21，上表面1上的突起11与开孔111、及下表面2上相应的通孔21的设计，不仅结构简单、成本低，而且透气散热的效果好，所述上表面1与下表面2之间设有复数个立柱3，所述每个立柱3均沿通孔21的边缘竖向延伸至上表面1，在本实施例中每个通孔21的边缘设有4个立柱3，立柱3在起到支撑上表面1及连接上表面1与下表面2的同时，当人坐在本实用新型塑料弹性坐垫上时，立柱3还起到重力缓冲的作用，为该坐垫的弹性提供了主要来源。

1.一种新型塑料弹性坐垫，包括一坐垫主体，所述坐垫主体包括一上表面和一下表面，其特征在于：所述上表面向上隆起形成复数个空心的突起，且该每个突起均含有一开孔，所述下表面上对应于每个突起的位置均设有一形状大小与突起一致的通孔，所述上表面与下表面之间设有复数个立柱，所述每个立柱均沿通孔的边缘竖向延伸至上表面。
2.如权利要求1所述一种新型塑料弹性坐垫，其特征在于：所述突起是方形，所述开孔为圆孔。
