背景技术
目前的食品加工行业中，生产过程中会产生大量的食品细末粉尘，如果不进行除尘处理，会影响了车间内的空气环境质量，进而对工人的身体造成损失。虽然各个食品行业都增加了除尘设备，都除尘效果一直不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种水幕除尘装置，结构简单，制造方便，气体的除尘效果好。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种水幕除尘装置，包括有水幕室，所述水幕室通过隔墙分成第一水幕室、第二水幕室，隔墙的顶端与水幕室的顶板之间留有过气通道；水幕室的两侧壁分别开设有进气口、出气口，第一水幕室、第二水幕室的顶板上分别设置有高压水喷头。
本实用新型是将带有烟尘的废气从进气口通入水幕室内，水幕室内设有高压水喷头，废气中的烟尘被水带走，落入水幕室的底端，结构简单，制造方便，气体的除尘效果好。
