本实用新型公开了一种太阳能热管集热器可调节支架,包括后脚、十字撑和斜撑,后脚包括上腿和下腿,上腿和下腿上各设有等间距孔,上腿和下腿通过等间距孔进行上下伸缩连接,十字撑的两端分别连接在上腿和下腿上。利用本实用新型可调节支架,可以根据当地纬度和用户的安装屋面,调节支架角度,以选择最合适的位置,使光照处于最有利的位置,从而达到充分吸收和利用太阳光辐射的目的,提高热效率。

本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器领域,具体地说,是一种太阳能热管集热器可调节支架。
背景技术
现有太阳能集热器支架装置多为不可调节。由于受当地纬度影响和安装屋面影响,无法调节的集热器支架会导致集热器不能充分吸收和利用太阳光热量,从而导致水箱升温减慢,不能充分满足用户需要。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种太阳能热管集热器可调节支架,可以根据当地纬度和用户的安装屋面,调节支架角度,从而达到充分利用太阳光辐射的目的,提高热效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型一种太阳能热管集热器可调节支架包括后脚、十字撑和斜撑,所述后脚包括上腿和下腿,所述上腿和下腿上各设有等间距孔,所述上腿和下腿通过所述等间距孔进行上下伸缩连接,所述十字撑的两端分别连接在所述上腿和下腿上。
上述一种太阳能热管集热器可调节支架,所述上腿和下腿均为型材,其侧面和正面各钻设有十二个直径为9mm的孔,所述上腿套设于所述下腿内。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,使后脚的高度变得可调,因而可以根据当地纬度和用户的安装屋面,调节支架角度,以选择最合适的位置,使光照处于最有利的位置,从而达到充分吸收和利用太阳光辐射的目的,提高热效率,同时也不受很多国家对安装太阳能热水器的限高要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,太阳能热管集热器可调节支架包括后脚、十字撑3、4和斜撑5,后脚包括上腿1和下腿2,上腿1和下腿2均为型材,其两侧和正面各钻有十二个直径9mm的间距相等的孔,十字撑3、4的两端分别连接在上腿1和下腿2上。上腿1套设于下腿2内,上腿1外侧和下腿2内侧紧密相连,两个型材可以上下调节,总计可以调六档,型材两侧孔位相对应,便于装配,型材正面孔位用于装配十字撑3、4,上腿1和下腿2调节后,十字撑3、4间距保持不变,斜撑5孔位也保持不变。当纬度和用户的安装屋面有所变化时,调节上腿1和下腿2的孔位,到合适位置后,用螺栓螺帽固定,十字撑3、4的孔位也相应变化,十字撑3、4的孔位间距保持不变。根据数学定理(直角三角形斜边上的中线等于斜边的一半),斜撑5的连接方式不随支架角度的改变而改变。通过支架角度的调节,可以更好地利用太阳能,提高集热器效率。
本实用新型太阳能热管集热器可调节支架装置与太阳能集热器和太阳能集热器集热管配套使用。

1.一种太阳能热管集热器可调节支架,其特征在于,它包括后脚、十字撑和斜撑,所述后脚包括上腿和下腿,所述上腿和下腿上各设有等间距孔,所述上腿和下腿通过所述等间距孔进行上下伸缩连接,所述十字撑的两端分别连接在所述上腿和下腿上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种太阳能热管集热器可调节支架,其特征在于,所述上腿和下腿均为型材,其侧面和正面各钻设有十二个直径为9mm的孔,所述上腿套设于所述下腿内。
