背景技术
太阳能热水器由于其节能环保、资源丰富而在生活中得以广泛使用,但是普通平板太阳能热水器由于其集热板外露,缺乏保温装置,在使用中存在一些弊端,如:保温性差,保温时间短;膜层容易受腐蚀变质,降低集热板的集热性能,缩短了热水器的使用寿命,缺乏保温装置在北方冬季气温较低则容易受冻破裂。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种保温效果好、热效高、使用寿命长的用于平板太阳能热水器的集热器。
为了解决以上所述技术问题,本实用新型一种用于平板太阳能热水器的集热器,包括真空管和集热板,所述集热板安装在真空管的内管内,内管口密封,集热板上焊接有U形导热管,导热管内走水或其他导热介质。
作为改进,所述集热板为平板或半圆形板。
本实用新型的集热板安装在真空管的内管内,内管口密封,真空管的内外管之间的真空夹层即为保温层,对集热板形成保温罩,可防止热量散失,热效高,同时保证了膜层不会受腐蚀变质,使用寿命长;导热管焊接在集热板上,导热管内有流动的介质,太阳光透过真空管外管和内管双层玻璃照射到集热板的选择性吸收膜层上转化为热能,加热导热管内的介质。如果导热管内走水, 则该导热管直接与太阳能热水器的水箱相通,水在水箱与导热管之间循环,将水加热;如果导热管内走其他导热介质,则导热管管口密封,由真空管内管口密封处伸出,导热介质在密封的导热管内流动,导热管一部分伸到太阳能热水器的水箱中将水加热。
本实用新型的有益效果:由于使用了以上所述结构,本实用新型一种用于平板太阳能热水器的集热器,具有热效高、保温效果好、防冻、集热板选择性吸收膜层不易受腐蚀、使用寿命长、适用范围广等优点,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

实施例一:本实用新型所述真空管1的外管和内管均为高透射硼硅玻璃,所述集热板2作成平板状,装在真空管1的内管内,内管口密封,U形导热管3由密封处伸出,导热管3内走水,该导热管直接与太阳能热水器的水箱相通,水在水箱与导热管之间循环,将水加热,多个这样的元件组成大小不同的太阳能热水器。
实施例二:本实用新型所述真空管1的外管和内管均为高透射硼硅玻璃, 所述集热板2作成半圆状,装在真空管1的内管内,内管口密封,U形导热管3由密封处伸出,导热管内走导热介质,密封的导热管一部分伸到太阳能热水器的水箱中,导热介质在密封的导热管内流动,将水加热。
