背景技术 众所周知，单杠是人们日常生活和运动中较好的健身器材。但是，曾有和现有的单杠结构和功能过于简单，只适合一定高度以上的人群使用，对于身材矮小的人们来说，需要蹦起握杠或被人抱起才能握杆，非常麻烦而且危险。另外，目前的单杠在横杆上没有任何保护措施，只通过运动者手部力量握持，一旦手部脱杆，很容易造成摔伤事故。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全性高、可调整支撑高度的方便抓握健身杠。
本实用新型主要包括主体横杆以及固定支架，两者形成∏形框架，在固定支架之间的地面固定安装脚踏升降台；在主体横杆表面套有多个橡胶防滑套，防滑套两端之间连接手带。
使用时，使用者根据自身高度调整升降台的高度，然后站在升降台上把手套入手带后握住横杆表面的防滑套；运动时，防滑套可增加摩擦力，避免手部因出汗而造成的脱杆问题；另外，一旦当手部因无力而脱杆，手腕处也会被手带勒住，从而拉住运动者，避免运动者摔落受伤。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：结构合理、方便实用、操作灵便、安全性高，可根据使用者身高调整升降台，适合不同身高运动者使用，还能提高握持稳定性，提供保护措施，避免摔伤事故。
