在临床工作中，经常遇到小儿便秘的情况，小儿便秘使用开塞露时，由于现有的开塞露的注射管径粗大，因此不适于小儿使用；现有中则用注射器抽出开塞露液体来注射，但注射器的乳头太短，那么需要再用输液器的头皮针连接，头皮针的质地又太软、细，也不易操作，因此给工作带来麻烦。
