本实用新型包括垫体，所述垫体基本与现有技术相同，在垫体的前端和后端沿边缘设有气囊，在两气囊之间的垫体上设有半圆形凸块；在垫体的下端面设有若干个柱形气垫。
使用时，垫体前端和后端的气囊可增加使用者脚尖和脚跟的舒适度；垫体上的半圆形凸起对脚底起到按摩的作用；垫体底部的气垫可缓解使用者在走路时的震荡。
