本实用新型公开了一种双层聚热罩，要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温效果好、能有效节约能源的双层聚热罩。为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种双层聚热罩，包括圆形盆体，所述圆形盆体由中空的上盖和下盖组成，所述上盖同心设置在下盖上，所述上盖和下盖之间设有保温隔热层。本实用新型与现有技术相比，能够使燃气、液化气等炉灶燃烧时产生的热量集中作用于炊具底面，并将其余热能吸收利用，从而达到环保节能的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种双层聚热罩。
背景技术
在现实生活中人们使用的液化汽灶、燃气灶架都是敞开直接燃烧，这种敞开式的炉架只具有支撑炊具的作用，没有保温作用，燃气、液化气灶的火炉在加热炊具的同时，约有35％～45％的热能因为炉架散失在受热器周围的空间里，造成能源浪费，使得热能利用率无法有效提高。虽然目前有少数高档炉具设置了防风罩，但其结构简单，保温效果差，仍然会散失较多的热能。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温效果好、能有效节约能源的双层聚热罩。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种双层聚热罩，包括圆形盆体，所述圆形盆体由中空的上盖和下盖组成，所述上盖同心设置在下盖上，所述上盖和下盖之间设有保温隔热层。
本实用新型所述上盖和下盖为活动扣合连接结构。
本实用新型所述上盖和下盖为一体成型结构。
本实用新型所述保温隔热层为保温材料填充层。
本实用新型所述上盖内壁设有支撑架。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，能够使燃气、液化气等炉灶燃烧时产生的热量集中作用于炊具底面，并将其余热能吸收利用，从而达到环保节能的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。如图1-1、1-2、1-3所示，本实用新型双层聚热罩，包括圆形盆体，该圆形盆体由中空的上盖1和下盖2组成双层结构，其中，上盖1同心设置在下盖2上，上盖1和下盖2之间设有保温隔热层3，保温隔热层3为保温材料填充层，例如符合RoHS环保标准的高分子隔热材料层。此外，上盖1内壁均匀设有3至5个支撑架4，支撑架4分布在上盖内壁上，该支撑架4为可活动的，放下支撑架适用于小锅，竖起支撑架则适用于大锅。
如图2、3所示，本实用新型的上盖1和下盖2可以为方便拆卸的活动扣合连接结构，上盖1扣合在下盖2上形成一体。根据不同的工艺，上盖和下盖也可以为一体成型结构。
本实用新型通过上盖和上盖组合形成中空的内外双层保温结构，中间保温层通过填充保温材料或注入液体，使热量集中作用于炊具底面，达到避免热能散失、节约能源，炒菜做饭的时间更短更快更好，有效提高热能利用率的目的。

1.一种双层聚热罩，包括圆形盆体，其特征在于：所述圆形盆体由中空的上盖(1)和下盖(2)组成，所述上盖(1)同心设置在下盖(2)上，所述上盖(1)和下盖(2)之间设有保温隔热层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层聚热罩，其特征在于：所述上盖(1)和下盖(2)为活动扣合连接结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层聚热罩，其特征在于：所述上盖(1)和下盖(2)为一体成型结构。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的双层聚热罩，其特征在于：所述保温隔热层(3)为保温材料填充层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双层聚热罩，其特征在于：所述上盖内壁设有支撑架(4)。
