本实用新型公开了一种气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉，由一个燃煤加热系统和一个燃气加热系统组成，其特征在于：燃煤加热系统为在加热炉的底部中心，有一个燃烧室(3)，燃烧室(3)上边连接着加热炉排烟装置(5)，燃烧室(3)和加热炉排烟装置(5)与加热炉壳体(2)之间充有导热介质；炉门(10)穿过导热介质使燃烧室与外边连通，炉门(10)下边有风门(11)，燃煤在燃烧室(3)内燃烧；燃气加热系统为在炉门(10)上边的周边至少装有一个燃烧机接口(9)，燃烧机安装在燃烧机接口(9)内，燃烧头延伸到燃烧室中心，在燃烧机接口(9)周边的合适位置设置有独立的燃烧机通风口(12)，燃烧机通风口(12)穿过导热介质使燃烧室与大气连通。节省设备投资，减少能源浪费和环境污染。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型广泛应用于石油油田特别是石油油田小场站及低产油田加热原油、生活用水、采暖用水的加热炉。
背景技术
目前，我们使用传统的加热炉的燃料是单一的，只能用天然气或只能用煤做燃料。而很多低产油气田，由于石油伴生气量少，且供气不稳定，不能满足现场生产的需要。如果使用燃煤加热炉，伴生气会白白浪费了。如果使用天然气加热炉，燃料又不能满足需要。如果将伴生气直接加入燃煤加热炉内混烧，由于燃烧室内的氧气不足而很难完全燃烧，效率低，环境污染严重，并且因不能控制而易造成爆燃，供热不稳定等低效及不安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是：克服背景技术的不足，提供一种结构简单合理、重量较轻、燃烧效率高、供热稳定的、安全的气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉。
本实用新型的气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉主要是在传统燃煤加热炉的加热系统基础上，增加了不少于一个能自动调节，防止爆燃的燃气加热系统(如图3)，且设置了独立的燃烧机风门(12)，能独立调节燃烧机的配风。此结构大大提高了燃烧效率，避免了不充分燃烧，减少了浪费，并且更加环保。在伴生气供气不稳的情况下，通过两个系统的配合使用保证能够稳定供热。以下是对“气煤两用原油采暖水”加热炉的两个加热系统在独立使用和相互配合使用时的具体技术方案分别进行介绍。
燃煤加热系统的具体技术方案是，在加热炉的底部中心，有一个燃烧室(3)，燃烧室(3)上边紧密连接着加热炉排烟装置(5)。燃烧室(3)和加热炉排烟装置(5)与加热炉壳体(2)之间充有导热介质；炉门(10)穿过导热介质使燃烧室与外边连通，便于加煤。炉门(10)下边有风门(11)，燃煤在燃烧室(3)内燃烧，由风门(11)独立提供燃烧所用的氧气，燃煤充分燃烧。
燃气加热系统的具体技术方案是，在炉门(10)上边的周边至少装有一个燃烧机接口(9)，燃烧机(如图3)安装在燃烧机接口(9)内，燃烧头延伸到燃烧室中心。在燃烧机接口(9)周边的合适位置设置有独立的燃烧机通风口(12)，燃烧机通风口(12)穿过导热介质使燃烧室与大气连通。独立为燃烧机燃烧提供氧气，使天然气能充分燃烧。
两个系统相互配合时的具体技术方案是：当两个系统配合使用时，燃煤加热系统由风门(11)独立给燃煤供给氧气燃烧加热；燃气加热系统由燃烧机通风口(12)独立给天然气氧气燃烧加热；气动控制箱(7)通过对导热介质温度的监控，通过燃气调节装置(8)自动调节燃烧机的燃气量供给量和氧气供给量，从而调节火力的大小，达到稳定供热的目的。通过对燃烧室(3)内燃气浓度的监控，从而控制点火，防止爆燃。保证加热炉的稳定安全运行。
由于燃煤、燃气两个加热系统在燃煤混烧时独立供氧从而大大改善了燃煤、燃气的燃烧状况，使之能充分燃烧，提高了燃烧效率。
原油和采暖水的加热方案是：原油盘管和采暖循环热水加热盘管(4)浸泡在导热介质内；燃煤和天然气在燃烧室(3)内燃烧产生的热量与导热介质发生第一次热交换，高温烟气通过加热炉排烟装置(5)再与导热介质进行第二次热交换，然后才排向大气。通过两次换热，大大提高了热量的使用效率。被加热介质通过原油盘管和采暖循环热水加热盘管(4)与导热介质发生热交换而被加热，供给用户使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉实施例1。气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉有一个直立的圆筒形炉壳体(2)，与炉壳体(2)同轴有燃烧室(3)和加热炉排烟装置(5)，加热炉排烟装置(5)与燃烧室(3)密封连通。炉壳体(2)和加热炉排烟装置(5)、燃烧室(3)之间形成一个密封的夹套。夹套内充满导热介质。炉壳体(2)周边安装有液位测量装置(6)、气动控制箱(7)。炉门(10)、燃烧机通风口(12)、燃烧机接口(9)穿过加热炉壳体(2)、夹层、燃烧室(3)，使燃烧室与大气相通。在气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉底部设有风门(11)，整个气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉直立安装在炉座(1)上。原油盘管和采暖循环热水加热盘管(4)浸泡在导热介质内，开口朝上设置。
气煤两用原油采暖水加热炉实施例2：盘管可以根据不同需要，设置一根或几根原油盘管或采暖水盘管。其余同例1。
