技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双面胶带，特别是一种用硅胶保护膜代替离型膜的双面胶带，属于粘接材料技术领域。
背景技术
保护膜、离型膜，双面胶带等材料广泛应用与电子，电脑，家电，等领域，随着电子行业的发展，在组装过程中为了达到客户所需要结构和组装效果，传统的几种材料的组合就是单纯根据需要将所需材料叠加而成，面胶带的上下表面分别粘接有离型膜和保护膜(图中未示出)，见附图1，使用时，先撕下保护膜，粘接在被粘接部位，然后再去掉离型膜，粘贴在另一被粘接部位上；使两被粘接部位粘接在一起；所述离型膜通常是有PET材料制成，具有一定硬度，作为基材用，所述基材用的PET的表面上还要涂一定的硅，以增加其离型性能；其制作工艺复杂，制作时，材料浪费、整理不便，产能低下，产品易脏污。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种全新的技术，以解决目前因多层复合而造成工艺复杂、材料浪费、整理不便，产能低下，产品脏污等技术问题的双面胶带。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种双面胶带，包括双面胶带、硅胶保护膜；所述硅胶保护膜设置在双面胶带的上表面；所述双面胶带的下表面还设置有一层保护膜。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本实用新型的双面胶带，用硅胶保护膜代替普通离型膜，硅胶保护膜的生产工艺简单，成本低、产能高。
