Abstract
本实用新型公开一种调温针织运动装，该运动装采用outlast空调纤维混纺纱面料，并且运动装各接缝及/或收边处为无缝针织成型。该outlast空调纤维混纺纱面料较佳为outlast空调纤维与Modal纤维的混纺纱面料。该运动装产品调温效果良好，其调温范围为21～26℃，调温功能达到2000mJ/g以上，并且织物风格良好。产品还具有较好的手感和染色牢度。使用本实用新型生产的无缝针织运动装产品能够较好的满足人们对运动装产品温度调节功能的需求。

技术领域
本实用新型关于一种服装，特别涉及一种织物风格良好，具有较好的手感并满足人们对运动装产品温度调节需求的调温针织运动装。
背景技术
经过对中国市场的调研，目前国内无缝内衣裤市场上出售的男女运动装的面料最常见的还是以棉为主，在我们无缝行业中，与内衣裤差不多，运动服最普遍的面料搭配有两种：棉+涤纶，尼龙/+包纱。
棉+涤纶：涤棉混纺是现在市场上十分普遍的运动服搭配，不容易起球，但是手感不如全棉舒服。同时吸汗效果不佳。也不能调节人体舒适度。
尼龙+包纱：弹性比较好，穿着轻便，防水能力好，但是不耐晒，易老化。穿着寿命短，不能调节人体舒适度。
以上两种面料搭配都存在相同的一个问题，不能在穿着过程中调节温度。也不能根据外界的温度来调节服装的温度，是人体长时间处于舒适状态。
实用新型内容
为解决上述现有产品存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种织物风格良好，具有较好的手感并满足人们对运动装产品温度调节需求的调温针织运动装。
本实用新型一种调温针织运动装，采用outlast空调纤维混纺纱面料，并且运动装各接缝及/或收边处为无缝针织成型。该outlast空调纤维混纺纱面料较佳为outlast空调纤维与Modal纤维的混纺纱面料。
本实用新型的有益效果在于，该运动装产品调温效果良好，其调温范围为21～26℃，调温功能达到2000mJ/g以上，并且织物风格良好。产品还具有较好的手感和染色牢度。使用本实用新型生产的无缝针织运动装产品能够较好的满足人们对运动装产品温度调节功能的需求。

具体实施方式
本实用新型给出一种采用outlast混纺纱的调温无缝针织运动装，它采用outlast空调纤维(粘胶基)与Modal纤维的混纺纱(空调纤维/Modal纤维为：8∶2、6∶4或5∶5)Outlast空调纤维是将微胶囊相变调温材料技术与纤维制造技术相结合开发出的一种高技术产品。含有相变材料的纺织品在外界环境温度升高时，相变材料吸收热量，从固态变为液态，降低了体表温度。相反，当外界环境温度降低时，相变材料放出热量，从液态变为固态，减少了人体向周围放出的热量，以保持人体正常体温，为人体提供舒适的“衣内微气候”环境，使人体始终处于一种舒适的状态。Outlast纤维技术是美国太空总署为登月计划而研发的。目的是为了宇航员制作登月服装，后来发展到用于普通服装，特别是户外服装，包括滑雪衫、裤、毛衣等。
如图1-4所示的本实用新型第1-4实施例，如图1-4所示的运动装1、2、3、4，分别为拉链运动服1、运动裤2、T恤3、瑜伽服4，该运动装采用outlast空调纤维混纺纱面料，较佳为outlast空调纤维与Modal纤维比例为8∶2、6∶4或5∶5的混纺纱面料，并且运动装各接缝及/或收边处11、21、31、41均为无缝针织成型。
产品还具有较好的手感和染色牢度。使用本实用新型生产的无缝针织运动装产品能够较好的满足人们对运动装产品温度调节功能的需求。
适用范围：T恤3，拉链运动服1，运动裤2，瑜伽服4等，运动过程中容易产生不舒适感的部位，而通过这种纤维能明显增加人体舒适感。

1.一种调温针织运动装，其特征在于，该运动装采用outlast空调纤维混纺纱面料，并且运动装各接缝及/或收边处为无缝针织成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的调温针织运动装，其特征在于，该outlast空调纤维混纺纱面料为outlast空调纤维与Modal纤维的混纺纱面料。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的调温针织运动装，其特征在于，该运动装为T恤、拉链运动服、运动裤或瑜伽服。
