背景技术
圆盘灯具广泛用于酒店餐厅、酒店客厅以及居民室内的照明和装饰。圆盘灯具的灯管是圆盘形，把灯管固定在灯罩内，通常都是用铁片焊接的方式或者是用铁片和螺钉紧固的方式，这类固定方式操作比较麻烦，而且在安装过程中稍不小心就会对灯管造成损坏，另外也影响整个灯具的美观性。因此，亟需一种安装方便，外形美观的夹持件来解决上述问题。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供了一种灯管塑料夹，其结构牢固，拆装方便，安装过程灯管不易受损坏。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种灯管塑料夹，用于将夹持的圆盘形灯管固定在灯罩内，包括矩形的挂扣和有缺口的圆弧形弹性夹子，挂扣和弹性夹子一体式连接，挂扣的宽度小于弹性夹子的宽度。
挂扣和弹性夹子之间具有一矩形的加强筋，加强筋与挂扣成十字形设置，加强筋、挂扣和弹性夹子一体式连接，加强筋的宽度大于挂扣的宽度，加强筋的两端超出弹性夹子的圆弧形边缘。加强筋一方面起到加强整个灯管塑料夹强度的作用，另一方面在将挂扣固定在灯罩的安装孔内的过程中，加强筋正好顶住安装孔的进口，起到定位作用。
弹性夹子的圆弧形缺口处具有向外倾斜的外翻边，所述的外翻边与圆盘形灯管外缘曲面相吻合，可以更方便地安装灯管，也避免灯管表面被刮擦或受到碰撞。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该灯管塑料夹为一体式结构，外形美观，强度好，结构牢固；拆装方便，在将夹持的灯管固定在灯罩内的过程中，安装很方便，灯管也不易受到碰撞或被刮擦。

如图1、2所示，一种灯管塑料夹，用于将夹持的圆盘形灯管固定在灯罩内，包括矩形的挂扣1和有缺口的圆弧形弹性夹子2，挂扣1和弹性夹子2一体式连接，挂扣1的宽度小于弹性夹子2的宽度；挂扣1和弹性夹子2之间具有一矩形的加强筋3，加强筋3与挂扣1成十字形设置，加强筋3、挂扣1和弹性夹子2一体式连接，加强筋3的宽度大于挂扣1的宽度，加强筋3的两端超出弹性夹子2的圆弧形边缘；弹性夹子2的圆弧形缺口处具有向外倾斜的外翻边21，所述的外翻边21与圆盘形灯管外缘曲面相吻合。
该灯管塑料夹为一体式结构，强度好，安装使用方便。灯罩上开有安装孔，安装孔的进口与所述的挂扣1形状大小相同，将挂扣1从进口卡入后，旋转90°，则挂扣1即安装在固定在安装孔内。由于加强筋3与挂扣1成十字形设置，加强筋3的宽度大于挂扣1的宽度，因此加强筋3正好顶住安装孔的进口，一方面起到增加强度的作用，另一面也起到定位作用。挂扣1用于与灯罩固定连接，弹性夹子2用于夹紧灯管，弹性夹子2有弧度，可以更好地固定灯管，一个灯管的安装需要若干个灯管塑料夹进行夹持。整个过程安装非常简便，而且在安装过程中也不会对灯管表面造成损伤。

1.一种灯管塑料夹，用于将夹持的圆盘形灯管固定在灯罩内，其特征在于：包括矩形的挂扣(1)和有缺口的圆弧形弹性夹子(2)，挂扣(1)和弹性夹子(2)一体式连接，挂扣(1)的宽度小于弹性夹子(2)的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯管塑料夹，其特征在于：所述的挂扣(1)和弹性夹子(2)之间具有一矩形的加强筋(3)，加强筋(3)与挂扣(1)成十字形设置，加强筋(3)、挂扣(1)和弹性夹子(2)一体式连接，加强筋(3)的宽度大于挂扣(1)的宽度，加强筋(3)的两端超出弹性夹子(2)的圆弧形边缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灯管塑料夹，其特征在于：所述的弹性夹子(2)的圆弧形缺口处具有向外倾斜的外翻边(21)，所述的外翻边(21)与圆盘形灯管外缘曲面相吻合。
