Abstract

技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种厨房用具。
背景技术 众所周知，菜刀是烹饪过程中重要的用具，现有的菜刀基本结构是由刀体和刀柄组成的，即在刀体的一端连接刀柄。这种结构的菜刀在使用过程中存在着不足，例如：使用者在切菜时由于蔬菜或肉类表面有水，则易粘连在刀体表面，使用者需要用手将其拿掉；在放置时，刀体的刀刃处直接裸露在外面，容易弄脏，甚至会发生意外；例外，现有的菜刀功能单一，不能给使用者提供其它帮助。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构新颖、避免粘连、安全卫生、用途广泛、操作简单、造价低廉的菜刀。
本实用新型包括刀体以及刀柄，在刀体的一侧连接刀柄，在刀柄的表面设有若干个通孔，所述通孔为长方形，其并列开设在刀体的表面；在每个通孔之间设有用于切丝的齿条，该齿条为弧形板，其两个侧边连接在刀体表面，上述每个通孔之间的齿条为多个，并由上之下并列设置；在刀体的刀刃位置连接刀盖，所述刀盖为长方体，在其上端面开设长方形槽孔，槽孔两侧内壁设有对称刷毛。
由于刀体的表面开设通孔，所述在切菜时蔬菜和肉会由通孔掉下，不会粘连在菜刀上；每个通孔之间的齿条用于切丝；不使用时，将刀体的刀柄插入在刀盖的槽孔内，避免弄脏和割伤手指；若刀体的刀刃占有水或其它脏物，可利用刀盖槽孔内部的刷毛清理。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：结构新颖、避免粘连、安全卫生、用途广泛、操作简单、造价低廉。

具体实施方式 如图1、图2所示，刀体1的一侧连接刀柄2，在刀柄的表面设有若干个长方形通孔3，通孔并列开设在刀体的表面；在每个通孔之间设有用于切丝的齿条4，齿条为多个，并由上之下并列设置；在刀体的刀刃位置连接刀盖5。
如图3所示，该齿条为弧形板，其两个侧边6连接在刀体表面。
如图4所示，刀盖为长方体，在其上端面开设长方形槽孔7，槽孔两侧内壁设有对称刷毛8。
