如图1-2所示，新型自排气火锅装置，排气圈3的外边缘与炉体4的外边缘搭接，排气圈3上设有若干排气孔1；炉体4内设有上隔套6和下隔套7，进风口9设置在炉体4的侧面；隔热罩5设置在上隔套6上,火锅盆2搭在隔热罩5的顶端；通风管11设置在炉体4内的四个角，通风管11分别与上隔套6和下隔套7连通；炉灶10设置在上隔套6和下隔套7之间；炉体4的底部设有排风管8；使用的时候，排风管8与通风管路连接；工作的时候蒸汽通过通风管11进入炉体4的底部排到室外；所述的炉灶10可以是电磁炉，也可以是煤气炉。
