Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种坚果破壳器，它包括有手柄、螺杆和带有螺母的三角架，螺杆的一端部固定在手柄上，螺母与螺杆螺纹连接，其特征在于：所述螺杆的端部设有弧形槽，所述三角架上与螺杆相对应的位置设有坚果固定座。所述螺杆是由青铜材料制成。由于在在三角架上设了坚果固定座，有效防止了坚果的滑脱；本实用新型具有结构简单、坚固耐用、方便使用、整仁率高的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种坚果破壳工具，具体是一种坚果破壳器。
背景技术
目前澳洲坚果破壳全靠人工完成。破壳过程为人工利用锤子敲破其果壳。由于手持锤子难以控制其力度导致这种手工破壳方法的劳动强度很大、工效低、而且对果仁的破坏严重，同时还存在下不足：1、不容易夹持，可能弹射伤人伤物；2、砸碎的过程噪音大，影响邻居；3、用力太大将果仁砸飞，或者会将果仁砸烂。
另外，现有的坚果破壳器，由于放置的表面是平的，坚果放在该表面容易滚动及滑落，从而给使用者带来一定的不便。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述之不足，本实用新型目的在于提供一种能对坚果有效固定，方便使用和整仁率高的坚果破壳器。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
坚果破壳器，包括有手柄、螺杆和带有螺母的三角架，螺杆的一端部固定在手柄上，螺母与螺杆螺纹连接，所述螺杆的端部设有弧形槽，所述三角架上与螺杆相对应的位置设有坚果固定座。
所述螺杆是由青铜材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于在在三角架上设了坚果固定座，有效防止了坚果的滑脱；本实用新型具有结构简单、坚固耐用、方便使用、整仁率高的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，坚果破壳器，包括有手柄1、螺杆2和带有螺母3的三角架4，螺杆2的一端部固定在手柄1上，螺母3与螺杆2螺纹连接，所述螺杆2的端部设有弧形槽5，所述三角架4上与螺杆2相对应的位置设有坚果固定座6。螺杆2是由青铜材料制成。
工作原理：
本实用新型是靠螺杆2端部的弧形槽5与三角架4上的坚果固定座6对坚果进行挤压来实现破壳的，操作时，一手拿着三角架4，将坚果放在坚果固定座6上，另一只手开始转动手柄1，使螺杆2向前推进，当靠螺杆2的设有弧形槽5的一端与压板中段的坚果固定座6将坚果卡住时，继续慢慢地转动手柄1，直到坚果破壳，便完成操作。

1.一种坚果破壳器，包括有手柄(1)、螺杆(2)和带有螺母(3)的三角架(4)，所述螺杆(2)的一端部固定在手柄(1)上，螺母(3)与螺杆(2)螺纹连接，其特征在于：所述螺杆(2)的端部设有弧形槽(5)，所述三角架(4)上与螺杆(2)相对应的位置设有坚果固定座(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的坚果破壳器，其特征在于：所述螺杆(2)是由青铜材料制成。
