Abstract

目前，市面上的安装线种类繁多，功能以及质量参差不齐，普遍存在不耐高温、耐腐蚀性能不佳、传输不良、使用寿命不长等问题，难以满足广大消费者的需求。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种绝缘屏蔽安装线，具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、绝缘性以及屏蔽性能好、使用寿命长的特点。
为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：
一种绝缘屏蔽安装线，包括由内到外依次包覆镀银铜导体的氟塑料绝缘层、镀银铜线编织屏蔽层以及氟塑料护套层。
选择性地，所述镀银铜导体是单股、双股对绞或三股以上束绞。氟塑料具有耐强腐蚀性能，且机械强度高、不易老化、无毒素分解等特点，可在高温环境下使用，是管线的理想材料。
本实用新型通过在铜导体上镀银，有效降低了安装线的电阻，增强了传输效果；采用氟塑料材质的绝缘层以及护套层，实现了安装线的耐高温、耐腐蚀、绝缘性能良好的目的，从而可有效抵抗老化，大大延长了安装线的使用寿命。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的绝缘屏蔽安装线，包括由内到外依次包覆镀银铜导体1的聚四氟乙烯绝缘层2、镀银铜线编织屏蔽层3以及乙烯三氟氯乙烯护套层4，其中，所述镀银铜导体1为单股。
本实施例可在-60～200℃的环境下长期工作，且绝缘性、屏蔽性好，使用寿命长。

1.一种绝缘屏蔽安装线，其特征在于，包括由内到外依次包覆镀银铜导体的氟塑料绝缘层、镀银铜线编织屏蔽层以及氟塑料护套层。
2.根据权利要求2所述的绝缘屏蔽安装线，其特征在于，所述镀银铜导体是单股、双股对绞或三股以上束绞。
