一种菜刀，包括菜刀体和菜刀柄，所述菜刀柄上设置有防滑颗粒。防滑颗粒的存在，使得人们在切菜时，不再因为菜刀沾水沾油而导致握不稳菜刀，从而避免了由此带来的危险。
作为优选，所述防滑颗粒为软突起。此结构有利于增强防滑功能。
