技术领域
本实用新型属于精密磨抛加工领域，特别是涉及一种用于水晶材料的研磨尤其是抛光的硬质磨具。
背景技术
现有的水晶材料磨抛加工中，一般采用镀覆磨具或者烧结砂轮进行磨削加工，一般采用抛光布、抛光片等柔性抛光材料安装在盘体或者滚筒上作为抛光磨具进行抛光加工。但是，采用软质抛光材料进行水晶材料的抛光，存在水晶制品的面边缘圆角、边棱不清楚、加工质量差等问题，这些都导致水晶制品尤其是水钻的亮度和火彩大打折扣，影响其装饰效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种硬质抛光磨具，适用于水晶材料的抛光加工，加工制品的棱角分明、棱面平整，充分保证了水晶制品尤其是水钻的较好的亮度和火彩等装饰效果，具有抛光效率高、抛光质量好、稳定可靠、使用寿命长、成本低、方便安装使用等优点。
为了达到上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种硬质抛光磨具，包括磨具基体和固结其上的磨料层，所述磨具基体在固接磨料层的表面设有凹凸结构。对于该固结磨具来说，可以通过模具定型灌注磨料、结合剂和其他辅助添加剂的混合物，再经干燥固结从而在磨具基体上形成磨料层。上述磨料为稀土抛光材料，尤其是二氧化铈、氧化铁、氧化锆等玻璃类抛光材料，专用于玻璃、宝石等的抛光加工；上述结合剂优选树脂结合剂，上述磨具基体优选铁或者合金材质。
作为优选，所述凹凸结构为多个环形的凹槽或者凸起；或者，所述凹凸结构为网状的凹槽或者凸起。为了进一步提到磨料层与磨具基体的结合力，所述凹凸结构上安装有金属网。
所述磨具为平盘抛光磨具，或者所述磨具为滚轮或者辊式抛光磨具。
本实用新型由于采用了以上的技术方案，不仅保证了水晶材料的抛光加工的可靠性和抛光质量，而且加工制品的棱角分明、棱面平整，保证了水晶制品尤其是水钻的较好的亮度和火彩等装饰效果，具有抛光效率高、抛光质量好、稳定可靠、使用寿命长、成本低、方便安装使用等优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例1：
如图1、图2所示的一种硬质抛光磨具，包括磨具基体1和固结其上的磨料层2，所述磨具基体1在粘接磨料层2的表面设有凹凸结构11。
本实施例中，所述磨具为辊式抛光磨具，所述凹凸结构11为多个平行环绕辊式磨具基体外圆周面的环形凹槽或者凸起。制造时，在磨具基体1表面涂上一层粘接剂，再套上定型模具，然后缓慢灌入和成泥状的磨料和结合剂的混合物，最后压实干燥固结形成磨具。
实施例2：
如图3、图4所示的一种硬质抛光磨具，与实施例1的不同仅在于：所述磨具为平盘抛光磨具。所述凹凸结构11为多个同心环绕的环形凹槽或者凸起。

1.一种硬质抛光磨具，其特征在于，包括磨具基体(1)和固结其上的磨料层(2)，所述磨具基体(1)在固接磨料层(2)的表面设有凹凸结构(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质抛光磨具，其特征在于，所述凹凸结构(11)为多个环形的凹槽或者凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质抛光磨具，其特征在于，所述凹凸结构(11)为网状的凹槽或者凸起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬质抛光磨具，其特征在于，所述凹凸结构(11)上安装有金属网。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种硬质抛光磨具，其特征在于，所述磨具为平盘抛光磨具。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种硬质抛光磨具，其特征在于，所述磨具为滚轮或者辊式抛光磨具。
