背景技术
环锤式破碎机是一种带有环锤的冲击转子式破碎机，物料进入破碎机后，首先受到随转子高速旋转的环锤冲击作用而破碎，被粉碎的物料同时从环锤处获得动能，高速度地冲向破碎板，受到第二次破碎，然后落到筛板上，受到环锤的剪切、挤压、研磨，以及物料与物料之间的相互碰撞进一步破碎，并透过筛孔排出。目前环锤多为圆环状，为了增强破碎效果，还有一种在环锤外环面上均布设有若干个破碎齿的环锤，又称为花锤。环锤材料多采用高锰钢ZGMn13或其它耐磨合金钢，当破碎齿打击面磨损到一定程度，就要更换，所以环锤使用寿命较短，材料浪费严重。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供一种环锤式破碎机花锤，其破碎齿打击面焊有耐磨材料，以延长锤头的使用寿命。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种环锤式破碎机花锤，包括锤体及其外环面均布的破碎齿，所述破碎齿的打击面上焊接有耐磨体。
进一步地，所述耐磨体的厚度在8～12mm之间。
进一步地，所述锤体中心设有圆透孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于在破碎齿的打击面上堆焊一层耐磨材料，并且磨损后可继续堆焊，从而延长了其使用寿命。

如图所示，一种环锤式破碎机花锤，包括锤体1及其外环面均布的破碎齿11，所述破碎齿11的打击面上焊接有耐磨体2，所述耐磨体2由耐磨焊条堆焊而成，所述耐磨体2的厚度在8～12mm之间。锤体1中心开有圆透孔，用于和环锤式破碎机锤盘上的销轴铰接。耐磨体2磨损后，可在其上继续堆焊耐磨材料，从而可以继续使用。

1.一种环锤式破碎机花锤，包括锤体(1)及外环面均布的破碎齿(11)，其特征在于：所述破碎齿(11)的打击面上焊接有耐磨体(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环锤式破碎机花锤，其特征在于：所述耐磨体(2)的厚度在8～12mm之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环锤式破碎机花锤，其特征在于：所述锤体(1)中心设有圆透孔。
