本实用新型属于一种电缆,特别涉及一种在能够在潮湿环境下工作的阻水架空绝缘电缆。
背景技术
现有的城市电网输电线路采用的主要电缆为架空绝缘电缆,在潮湿环境下工作的架空绝缘电缆极易造成端部进水,由于电缆绝缘的存在,进入电缆内部的水分不易散发,长期存于电缆内部,与导体产生氧化反应而腐蚀导体,损耗加大。而且绝缘套吸水后会产生水树,使得运行中的电缆绝缘层发生击穿而损坏,使电缆的寿命降低,影响城市电网的正常运行。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种阻水效果好,使用寿命长的阻水架空绝缘电缆。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它包括绝缘套,在绝缘套内设有多层导体,其特殊之处是:在绝缘套内位于相邻两层导体之间分别设有阻水层,阻水层是由半导电阻水带沿纵向包裹在导体上形成。

如图所示,该阻水架空绝缘电缆包括绝缘套1,在绝缘套1内设有相互绞合的多层导体2,本实施例以四层为例,其中最内层导体2位于绝缘套1内的中心处,在绝缘套1内位于相邻两层导体2之间分别设有阻水层3,阻水层3是由半导电阻水带沿纵向包裹在导体2上形成。
