Abstract
防水保温防火装饰一体板由下面层、防火保温层、上面层由下至上顺序组成。采用玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料中的一种作为下面层；防火保温层可选阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板、改性酚醛发泡板、阻燃聚氨酯发泡板中的一种；采用玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料、高分子防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材、油毡瓦、硅钙板、玻镁板、金属片材、真石漆、高分子涂料中的一种作为上面层。本实用新型克服了原有保温材料耐火性能差、保温性能低的不足，同时可采用聚合物水泥涂料、高分子防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材、油毡瓦、真石漆、高分子涂料等防水装饰材料作为面层，可实现保温防水防火装饰于一体。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有阻燃性和装饰性的用于建筑防水保温工程的板材。
二、背景技术
随着经济的发展，时代的进步，对建筑材料的要求也越来越高，原有的建材已不能满足时代发展的要求。近年来，节能减排已成为我国基本国策，而建筑节能是节能减排的重要领域，国家已制定了“三步”节能计划，目前华北、东北、华东、西南等地区正在实施第三阶段65％节能计划，而目前使用的各种保温材(如EPS、XPS、SPU、岩棉等)存在诸多缺陷，首先是保温性能不能达到节能65％的要求(特别是EPS、XPS)，岩棉虽有一定保温效果，但会出现结露现象，遇火后会发生熔化，既不能用它作保温材料，也不能用它作防火隔离带，EPS、XPS、SPU保温板材的耐火等级也不能达到要求，国内多起重特大火灾都与这些材料的使用有关，给国家和人民的生命财产带来巨大损失。
三、发明内容
本实用新型克服了原有保温材料耐火性能差、保温性能低的不足，同时可采用聚合物水泥涂料、高分子防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材、油毡瓦、真石漆、高分子涂料等防水装饰材料作为面层，可实现保温防水防火装饰于一体。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取如下技术方案：
1、防水保温防火装饰一体板，其特征在于：由下面层(1)、防火保温层(2)、上面层(3)由下至上顺序组成；
2、下面层(1)是玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料中的一种；
3、防火保温层(2)是阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板、改性酚醛发泡板、阻燃聚氨酯发泡板中的一种；
4、上面层(3)是玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料、高分子防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材、油毡瓦、硅钙板、玻镁板、金属片材、真石漆、高分子涂料中的一种。
本实用新型的有益效果是，集保温、防火、防水、装饰于一体，应用灵活，既可用于墙体保温，也可用于有保温防水装饰防火要求的平、坡屋面，同时其优异的阻燃性能还可作为防火隔离带材料使用，材料在遇火燃烧中无滴落物，无黑烟，无浓烟，无有毒气体产生，仅表面略有炭化却烧不穿，避免在施工中由于焊渣等燃烧物引燃保温材料而导致重特大火灾发生，实现节能与安全双效，一体板的预制构造设计及防水面层的复合，避免现场发泡产生大量有机颗粒散落到空气中以及防水卷材施工中有机溶剂挥发及汽油燃烧造成对环境的污染及 能源的浪费。

五、具体实施方式
参照图1，具体实施方式为，下面层(1)采用玻纤布，上面层(3)采用高聚物改性沥青防水卷材，防火保温层(2)采用阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板，通过泡沫板材连续发泡生产线在阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡的同时，在压力输送机内将玻纤布、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材分别复合在阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板的下表面与上表面，制成的一体板可根据实际需要进行裁切，宽度可在300mm～1200mm选择，长度可在1200mm～8000mm选择，厚度可在30mm～60mm选择。
以上是本实用新型具有代表性的实施例，凡依本实用新型所作的改变，所产生的功能和作用未超出本实用新型技术方案的范围时，均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
综上所述，本实用新型实现防水、保温、隔热、防火、装饰一体化施工，施工简便，施工速度快，减少了工程施工环节，降低了工程综合造价，同时材料具有优异的保温性能和阻燃性能，可广泛用于平、坡屋面、金属屋面、架空屋面、单层屋面的保温工程，内、外墙隔热保温装饰工程，带防水材料面层的适用于各种基材的屋面保温防水装饰工程，既有建筑屋面、墙体防水保温改造工程，特别适用有保温、防水、防火严格要求的体育场馆、展览馆、冷库、粮仓、大型会议场馆等公共设施、场馆建设。

1.防水保温防火装饰一体板，其特征在于：由下面层(1)、防火保温层(2)、上面层(3)由下至上顺序组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体板，其特征在于：下面层(1)是玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体板，其特征在于：防火保温层(2)是阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板、改性酚醛发泡板、阻燃聚氨酯发泡板中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体板，其特征在于：上面层(3)是玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料、高分子防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材、油毡瓦、硅钙板、玻镁板、金属片材、真石漆、高分子涂料中的一种。
