背景技术
当今，建筑用瓷砖从地砖到墙砖，使用非常广泛。但在外墙砖的使用中，经常会随时间延续有脱落现象，不仅影响美观，更重要的是有伤人的可能，带来不安全因素。
已有专利技术设计了瓷砖背面带有口小腔大的燕尾沟槽，但由于整个沟槽贯穿于瓷砖两端，其砖胚压注后模具要长距离抽拉才能完成脱模，容易造成砖胚碎裂或变形，大幅度降低成品率，因此实际生产中很少采用如此工艺生产，所以市面上还难以见到带燕尾槽的瓷砖。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构设计合理、生产过程脱模简单的一种带非通透燕尾槽的瓷砖。
为实现上述目的本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种带非通透燕尾槽的瓷砖。它是由瓷砖正面和瓷砖背面组成，其特征在于瓷砖背面的边缘带有非通透燕尾槽。所述的非通透燕尾槽设在瓷砖背面的对边上，其两边的燕尾槽并不连通，每个燕尾槽在瓷砖背面呈三角形；在燕尾槽存在的瓷砖端面上，其燕尾槽的形状是靠近瓷砖厚度的中间处宽，靠近瓷砖背面处窄。本实用新型的优点是：提高了瓷砖与水泥的附着抓力，瓷砖不易脱落，生产简单，使用方便，安全。它具有镶嵌在建筑物的墙面后不易脱落，既保持了建筑物的美观，又不易砸伤或碰伤人等优点。

具体实施方式
对本实用新型，实施方式的重点是瓷砖端面燕尾槽上口1的宽度要小于燕尾槽下口2的宽度。这样才能有利于瓷砖从结构上抓住水泥，即便是水泥与瓷砖离缝，瓷砖也不会脱落。其瓷砖端面上的燕尾槽数量和大小视瓷砖大小而调整。
由于本技术方案的瓷砖燕尾槽如同使用刀尖在瓷砖端面插入而成，因此模具的燕尾销子伸缩也会很容易，比通透的燕尾槽的制作其瓷砖的成品率要高得多。
